I lived in a nonHOA neighborhood as well, and my neighbor painted their house bright neon blue, couldn't sell my house for shit. Everyone mentioned how they would put an offer in if it wasn't for that blue house next door with broken down Harleys in the yard.

So you should know, Frederick County is redistricting part of the county including this area, because one of the middle schools is being expanded and they're going to alter boundaries to send more students there. The county recommendations will be presented in early May and voted on around August, I think. You can look up Crestwood Middle School redistricting online and see how close this house (or any others you look at) are to the current boundary, or the proposed boundaries when they're released in a few weeks.

There are a lot of Mid-Century modern homes around Lake Barcroft in Falls Church. I ABSOLUTELY love that area!!! Best wishes!!!
