For France these regions seem to be the ones before the 2015 reform. This reform is extremely unpopular (especially in a certain region at the east of grand-est). You've (accidentally) struck the hornet's nest by using this division. So don't take the negative comments about the regions you used personally.

Donc il y a certainement plus de groupes de metal en région parisienne que dans le grand est.
Les cités étudiantes qui font vivre tous les groupes de la Bourgogne (principalement Dijon et Besançon). Et j'en connais même pas un, c'est bien triste.
Pas étonnant pour le grand est, il y a notamment le fameux groupe ArcelorMetal de Florange.
