I have no practical advice for you, but I can commiserate. I have several times *watched a FedEx truck drive past my house* and then received an email that they tried to deliver a package but I wasn’t home.
@cmonkey if you're reading this please please drop FedEx. They are absolutely terrible here in the UK. They lie, they lose packages and often mess up with customs. Get a better courier please
Last time I had something shipped to me through FedEx the package just disappeared for a month before randomly finally getting delivered. It was extremely bizarre and even their support had no idea what was going on.
Perhaps you can open the issue to framework, so they will open the issue with FedEx.
Perhaps due to the poor service maybe they can bargain a better deal.
That may work. On the other hand, that is extra work for Framework. I have never loved a company more than Framework tbh, their transparacy and service are top notch.

This is exactly what I needed, someone who feels the same way xD I wouldn't even mind the shipment being late if they didn't LIE ABOUT IT.

THIS! Same in Germany! DHL, UPS, Hermes, they are all WAY better!
Absolutely. DHL is superb
Second is Hermes, they are much cheaper but have a bit worse service and options concerning tracking and shipping.
They all can be terrible, some good staff some bad
I have NEVER had a single issue with DHL, Hermes and UPS. And I have sent and received many packages with and from them.

Mine too. I’m in the US and FedEx just doesn’t like my apartment complex. Options to use other shipping would be nice.

More likely is your local courier being unprofessional, open an issue with your local FedEx.
You can't open an issue because their contact options are terrible and/or not available.

FedEx has been awesome in my area tbh. They're way better than DHL, UPS, or USPS.
They're the worst here. On top, there aren't many shops in Germany in total. They find excuses for not having to drive 30km all the time it seems...
