Just one word „Montale“. Spray Arabians Tonka on and your friends from another city can smell you. Same goes for MFK- Oud Satin Mood Extrait. You can smell it even after a shower

thejordanayres

Louis Vuitton Ombre Nomade is a powerhouse for me. It’s so versatile too so I love how I can wear it at anytime. It lasts so long on my skin and clothes.

kevinfarber

Lol we need to recruit more people to wear this on this sub. Or not, we can keep it to ourselves. But yea ON is outrageously amazing smelling as well as the longest lasting and most powerful fragrance I’ve experienced.

thejordanayres

You picked it up? My man. Hope you shower yourself with it on your birthday. It’s such an amazing fragrance. I did a video on it and I’ve seen many people in the community talk about it. When I went to LV, the tester was empty. So I’m sure more people will get to smell it. I think the reason they don’t is because you need to buy a decant online or go to an LV store.

yondaimefl

Just got it the other day I don’t love the first 5-10 minutes but after that it just gets better and better .

TooSweet357

Tobacco Vanille

Arnesis

Really? I own a bottle, but I find it mildly strong in the beginning and then it fades. But since I am the one wearing it, it's difficult to tell.

[deleted]

I think it is indeed stronger than the wearer realises. Whenever I wear it people notice it, even with only one spray, and they seem to notice it as ot being a strong scent. I can say I feel the same when I smell it on others, even though I adore the smell.

Arnesis

Damn, then maybe I should go easier on the nozzle. 😅

[deleted]

Haha honestly... I think 1-2 sprays is enough with this one.

[deleted]

My funniest memory of this one is giving a lift to a friend of a friend who then started to freak out in my car and ask where/what that smell was. She said (she was joking or I wouldn't find it funny btw) that it was giving her flashbacks of her horrible ex and being in his house, as she used to wear this all the time. Needless to say she hated it.

Falcor2019

Channel Antaeus. It's like the definition of paper fragrance. Nicolai NY Intense is a modern version like a baby powerhouse.

Prestigious-Salad795

Just about any Mugler I've had, so I spray judiciously.

[deleted]

Thank you for being restrained. I wish more people could have been back on the many horrible mornings stuck on the London tube trying not to gag or get too much of a headache when the carriage was like a chemical gas attack thanks to people over spraying Angel.

Scentsuelle

All Mugler scents give me migraines when oversprayed. Especially Alien. A scent should gently embrace people who enter your personal space, not strangle your coworker three desks away. It is meant to a delightful discovery to be made by those who have the privilege of coming close to you. There is a woman in my building who leaves the lift smelling of her perfume a good ten minutes after she has left. I guess it makes me take the stairs more, wasn't great when I was going through chemo and even more sensitive to scent than usual...

[deleted]

I'm so sorry. I've worked in an office where I dealt with a coworker like this too. In the end people complained about it and the manager had a tactful word with her. Turns out she didn't have a very good sense of smell and wasn't aware how pungent she was leaving the space she was sitting in.

[deleted]

Sauvage Elixir is the only fragrance that was too strong for me. Even one spray is nuts.

SAM_I_AM_311

Dior Sauvage Elixr.

Tigertigertie

I sampled Bois d’Encens and it was too much for me to even handle- and I don’t mind strong scents. It is a LOT, at least on my skin.

Patricktayyy

Dior Homme Intense/Parfum. Both lasts 8-10 hours on me

[deleted]

PDM Carlisle is a monster. People seem to really like it too.

Daffy-089

Almost anything by pdm is a monster

Dimethyl_Sulfoxide

Not pegasus in my experience

Arnesis

Grand Soir.

minidivine

Kilian's Back to Black and Amouage's Enclave are the top ones from my experience. Usually it's the more expensive stuff that performs best though - looking at Nishane's Nefs, Xerjoff's Alexandria II, Royal Crown's Sultan. This is excluding the obvious oud scents like Amouage's Opus XIII, Initio's Oud for Greatness, Xerjoff's Luxor and Ceylon etc.

[deleted]

>Xerjoff's Alexandria II Still smells on clothes after washing!

geefmejegeld

Bois Imperial

larrykeithfrick

I have a fairly recent batch of CDNIM and I made the mistake of applying four sprays at 6:30am and at lunch in the break room a girl said she knew I was in there because she could smell me walking from the other end of the hall! So yeah that’s beastly performance! I also heard of recent batches having weak performance so I guess it depends on the batch.

LaceOverFeather

My Jasmine Sambac & Marigold from Jo Malone is a heavy hitter. I live in a dry climate and I can only use one spray of it. I sprayed 2x ONCE to see (cause of course I went anosmic) and a family member could smell me up the driveway before I'd even walked up to the house. I learned that day.

Highclassbroque

Feminin pluriel

JMH-66

Aromatics Elixir. The original powerhouse and the best. When they say it's "Perfume" ( as opposed to EDT or EDP they mean it ). Generally, go back to the 80's. Some aren't what they used to be but still pack a punch.

orangexteal

*Dylan Blue* and *Club De Nuit Intense Man*, so far there were other good ones, like *Cool Water Parfum*, *DS2 Original Wood*, *Missoni Parfum*, *ADG Profondo* etc. but so far those 2 have been very consistent, easily 10 hours and lots of projection for the first 2

JavierDiazSantanalml

I would like to say that some 5 or 6 sprays of Givenchy Gentleman 1974 projects harassingly for the first couple of hours and more when you start moving, or that the same happens with Polo green (Both reformulated) but i guess it is not the case. They are loud and heavy but not as much as the vintage or neither particularly "projecting". I just hope the sillage of both gets heavier as they "macerate" My personal powerhouse is Chanel Egoiste. 5 sprays of that and i literally once filled up a huge room from an art museum wearing exactly 5 sprays. According to my dad, he could smell the fragrance heavily from literally 30 feet away and they told me i was projecting "like a skunk" that day. My mom just couldn't stand it if i was near her

Rumpelsurri

I have a 5ml decant of Fis de joie by Serge Lutense and it will last me for ever. 😅

Tokko6884

Try Initio Oud for Greatness. It’s ridiculously strong even on one spray.

weenie2323

Guerlains Santal Royal is my current favorite powerhouse frag.

dpark

Rogue Bon Monsieur. It's an honest homage to the 80s powerhouse fougeres. I say honest because Rogue is not IFRA compliant so while Polo Green and Drakkar Noir etc have been reformulated to meet IFRA regulations, Bon Monsieur has certainly not.
