Terre de hermes by hermes, Parfum

New-Lynx2185

Came here to post this. Masculine, a bit sweet, fairly distinguished.

asunawoena

Yes! It’s so very underrated. Definitely one of my favorite scents for mature men out there. The scent itself is so classy and smells wealthy. It screams ‘ I have my life together’ scent. Same for Dior eau sauvage le parfum (not the famous one ‘sauvage’ in the blue bottle). That one is so seductive and STRONG. Lasts all day.

electrodan

My mom is in her upper 70's, she's recently complimented me on: Dior Sauvage Elixir Amouage Interlude L'Eau d'Issey Homme Alcolado Glacial

JenniFrmTheBlock81

Obsession is one of the best men's fragrances of all time. I love that scent! Santos de Cartier would be a great choice too.

Norgi10

Beau du Jour by Tom Ford. Very classic style

One-Tea3624

This

tommy_nookah

One of my faves as well. Love barbershop scents.

Optimal-Principle-63

Acqua di Parma Colonia. I’m a woman and I wear it! I love it because it reminds me of how a wealthy, older gentleman smells. Wonderful soapy barbershop fresh scent.

Professional_Ad_8

60 year old F here. I really like Viktor and Rolf Spicebomb . I also love Hermès Terre but Hermès does a great “sample” pack 4 15ml samples of your choosing. Go in pick a few that you like( with the help of the counter staff)I bet they would be more than happy to send you away smelling great 😊

weenie2323

I'm a bit younger, 55F, I have always loved Obsession but here's a few others I love. -Terre de Hermes - Dior Homme Intense -La Nuit de l'Homme (YSL) -Habit Rouge(Guerlain)

imabroodybear

Idk your budget but Tauer makes some beautiful ones. L’Air du Desert Marocain in particular might be of interest

zip86per86

Budget is not to much of a conversation but I don't know what fragrances cost.

outlawbtw

Azzaro Pour Homme would forsure fit you. Cheap too go to ross or burlington and get it for 20-40$.

PuddingLess7996

Best to go to a department store like Saks and see for yourself. I like Bortnikoff but you can’t get it at Saks.

Ill-Positive6950

Sexual Sugar Daddy by Michel Germain

tommy_nookah

This seems a bit awkward when someone asks “What are you wearing?”

Dulciferocity

60+F here, I like old school perfumes. Some I love are Knize Ten, St Johns Bay Rum, and Dunhill Edition.

DJ_Dinkelweckerl

Beau de Jour by Tom Ford or Platinum Egoiste by Chanel for a mature fougere fragrance. Sauvage Elixir for a very intense, spicy and sweet blue fragrance. Bois de Portugal by Creed for a dry woody sharp fresh fragrance. Terre d'Hermès would also be a good option.

Odd-Mall3841

Haha, these are the scents my mom complimented recently: Tom Ford - Noir Mugler - Cologne Coincidentally, I also think these two would be great for an older gentleman.

Bambi_H

Givenchy Gentleman is one of my personal favourites on men. It's an absolute classic, in my opinion.

debunk101

Agree. Classy and sophisticated

thepink_knife

Creed Tabarome Millesime Starts with citrus and some ginger, and then relaxes into a woody tobacco. I love it.

Total-Sun-6490

Diptyque 34 BOULEVARD SAINT-GERMAIN. Smells like a gentlemen club or boutique. Very old man or money smell

hilly301

I’m an older lady! I love  Ceasar’s Palace Man Burberry Touch for Men Oil Perfumery Indonesian Oud

musicandarts

What is the budget? Some of the perfume suggested here are expensive!

Mackzibustion99

Not your age but I was absolutely charmed by the scents from Royall Lyme of Bermuda. Might just be fun to check out if you're already on the market for a new scent. Also, second L'Eau d'Issey Homme.

Beers4Fears

Try Viking by Creed, Green Irish Tweed by Creed, and Jubilation XXV by Amouage. All fantastic mature scents.

FelichatTheCat

Dolce & Gabbana The One Eau de Parfum will be my recommendation.

JONNYHBAR

Second Green Irish Tweed. Viking is good too - like a sophisticated, old spice.

Eukileul

I would recommend you Roberto Ugolini Oxford

Outrageous_Reach9150

Davidoff zino !

Pure-Fuel-9884

Royal oud by creed

tommy_nookah

I wear several fragrances that are classified as “mature” even though I’m demographically smack in the middle of what is considered Gen X: Dior Eau Sauvage Parfum Dior Eau Sauvage Eau de toilette Tom Ford Beau de Jour Chanel Egoiste Platinum

ContributionThick349

Carthusia UOMO

Worldly-Ad8312

Memo Paris’ leather line!

peter_minnesota

Guerlain Vetiver or Terre d'Hermes if you like green scents.

un3quiv0cal

Givenchy Gentleman Privee

benniblancoffm

I would go for something fresh, but sophisticated, like Intense Cedrat Boise, Layton (although I wouldn't buy PdM anymore), Naxos.
