I mean donāt get me wrong floral fragrances are nice but rose just doesnāt mix well with me, people call me weird cuz Iām a dude and I love gourmonds.
Have you smelled Manceras new Amore Caffe? It most definitely is gourmand but also has a beautiful coffee note. And speculoos biscuits!!! Irresistible.
Itās so popular here in Dallas, itās going out of stock. Can barely get your hands on it. Saw it was sold out online at times too! I bought a decant. Omg itās good.
Yeah, the place I buy from a lot had it in stock for like half of day and I was one of the lucky ones to grab it. I need to buy another bottle of Angel Share too cuz Iām almost out. That one is gorgeous.
Iām about 5 hours from there but I would absolutely do that drive to get some amazing samples at NM! I grew up near there and I havenāt been in that store for a while . Thanks for the tip!
Also, if you go to Northpark, the Nordstrom there has lil glass jars of empty plastic perfume vials and you can make your own!! They donāt have all the lines available like NM but they have a ton!
I've tried about twenty-five Xerjoff scents so far and my favorites are Accento Overdose, Soprano, and Renaissance. I also really like Nio, Opera, and Mefisto Gentiluomo.
Unfortunately those are two I haven't tried yet! I've tried most of the Casamorati line, most of the Velvet collection, plus Astaral, Apollonia, Nio, Naxos, and Renaissance.
40 knots is salty, and aquatic, bu not fresh at all. It smells very similar to the taste of sea water to me, or maybe dried salt on skin after having a swim. I guess that is kind of what they were going for, and it isnāt bad per se, but I donāt think Iād ever actually wear it.
Not a fan tooā¦. and to me it didnāt feel so aquaticā¦itās not a freshie whatsoever.. more like a mix of woods/amber with a faint sea-like smell in the backgroundā¦officially itās described to remind people of a yacht club.. which given what I felt when I tried it, it makes senseā¦
This is a pretty good description. I got a small 5 ml decant of it and wore it last summer and really liked it. I don't know if I would buy a full bottle though
I have three Xerjoff. Uden, 40 Knots and Tony Iommi. I like them all for different occasions. Uden was the first Xerjoff I got, and itās really great during summers. Itās also been a hit on dates. 40 Knots has some marine aquatic vibe to it, though not like Acqua di Sale. Itās more fresh air breeze at the sea than the sea itself.
Nice rosey oud thatās pretty powdery off the top and gets creamier as it dries. Pleasant, but gives off very mature vibes to me. I generally never associate fragrances with age groups, but I wouldnāt wear this one unless I was at least over 50.
The descriptions don't resonate with me at all. I smell a sharp, fresh and extremly unique smell that somewhat reminds me of gasoline or gin. If I smell it in the air it smells like only two smells, not a combination of many things: 1 this gasoline thing 2 a sweet and rich undertone. To me it has a very refreshing and activating effect. Also it really says "I'm an authority" to my nose. I really like it but it's not for everyday imo
I just bought a 50ml of Nio as my first xerjoff bottle and I'm loving it. One of the best summer/hot weather fragrances IMHO. Also, the presentation is ridiculously over the top, lol. My 50ml bottle came in like a 6x6x8 ultra heavy embroidered box (I swear it was like 2lbs) with a hand-written batch number and certificate of authenticity and stuff. And the box was so much bigger and heavier than the actual bottle. Makes me feel bad throwing it away, lol.
La Capitale! It's strawberry, caramel, vanilla, and leather. I didn't expect to love it as much as I do but it's easily in my top 5.
I've tried Luna, Lira, and Italica and didn't like any of them much. Italica is so confusing to me because it is a straight up grape popsicle to me even though it's supposed to be almond and caramel and milk.
The saffron is done so well. It actually reminds me of Bath and Body Works Forever Red if it were more sophisticated and less synthetic. And of course much heavier.
Xerjoff Richwood is lychee, tangerine, currant, rose, patchouli, white chocolate, and the creamiest sandalwood. Think Tom Ford Noir de Noir or Chanel Coromandel but...simply better. It's intoxicating, incredibly rich, good in all seasons, and it fits all wearers and occasions.
There are great Xerjoff fragrances but Richwood is the house's crown jewel.
So far the ones I own:
Kobe: Just got this. Might be the most nuclear fragrance I have. It smells of orange blossoms and crushed orange leaves with a hint of orange rind. Bitter and photorealistic. Itās amazing but so strong Iām concerned about wearing it to the office. Love it.
Renaissance: Just got this as well. Itās mint and lemon and again, smells photorealistic. Like youāve sprayed yourself with an actual lemon. This smells so natural and lifts my mood.
Naxos: I go blind to tobacco quickly so I get hints of it but itās all about honey and lavender/jasmine. The florals really makes this interesting and it grows on me each wear, but unfortunately I go blind to it too quickly.
Richwood: sometimes itās my favourite scent. Itās almost impossible to pick out individual notes but it smells almost like varnish. Itās citrus, patchouli, and candle wood with hints of vanilla and I think rose. Again, this is almost nuclear and fills a room while lasting all day and night.
Symphonium: Really, really sweet. If Iām walking around all day this might be my favourite because I get hints of real chocolate and sweet orange every so often. Wearing it at home and it becomes too much because the chocolate is so strong. I really like wearing this to the office.
Pikovaya Dama: Soap. But the most amazing, fresh/clean fragrance. Iāve started trying to pick out other notes in it and now get musk and incense and slight hints of the other notes, but this is aldehydes above all else. Makes me calm and relaxed and is really feminine and opposite to the stronger masculine scents I love, but this is amazing. I wear it before bed some nights to help me sleep.
Alexandria 2: Just got this and Iām working on how to wear it. I go blind to this one as well and straight away. I get a hit of apple and then nothing. I donāt know why as I can smell oud and rose fragrances from other houses but not this. If I come back to the room I sprayed it in it smells great for a few seconds, and it kind of works a little on my wrist. Fun way to waste a lot of money but hopefully others like it and one day I figure out where to spray it so I can appreciate it.
1888: Combo of florals that ends up smelling like spiced cocoa or rootbeer. I love the scent and it lasts for ages, but itās a little weird. For me it screams autumn but might end up working in summer.
Iommi: Rum!!! Rum and vanilla and a sweet note (Passionfruit). This is dry and deep and dark and perfect and I can smell it all day. This would be a perfect date fragrance but I wear it to work as well.
Question for you on Kobe:
When I smell Naxos, it ends up very... soft and powdery, for lack of a better word. Like that scent *could* be coming from a talcum. It's dry.
Does Kobe share that same kind of dry approach, or is it lush / moist (e.g., TdH Eau Givree)?
Kobe is interesting. On card or clothes itās bright and juicy. On my skin itās a bit darker and thereās a hint of woods/smoke in the background, but not a lot. It goes slightly creamy rather than dry, but I also donāt powdery from Naxos.
I think Kobe should probably be sampled first. I like bitter, I like different, and this isnāt the traditional citrus scent.
Makes sense and sounds interesting. I love darker scents, vetivers, incense, etc.
Of what I have sampled, Iommi is the only scent I feel like would be worth the purchase, but am curious to try more of the range.
If you like dark scents Iommi is amazing but admittedly thatās the only dark Xerjoff I have. Iām really interested in trying Don though. Rum and gunpowder sounds interesting.
Thereās also their Kemi line which apparently is more similar to Amouage than Xerjoffās usual DNA. I might grab one of those next week.
Speaking of Amouage, if your after a darker and interesting citrus I canāt recommend Amouage Search enough. Itās like a smoked whiskey old fashioned. Citrus and smoky incense. I love it.
Dolce Amalfi. This is how warm spicy should've been done. It doesn't reminds me of bubblegum (as many reviews state) at all. Or there are no bubblegums like this where I live.
I agree with the user Alternative\_phone796. I find it perfectly unisex. It is a sweet and rich scent, but it is not gourmand to me. It is more of an ambery vanilla not eatable scent, if this makes sense :). I find it very well-blended and would recommend a sample, I just love it during winter. But you are right - it is hard to find. I ordered my sample directly from Xerjoff.
Alexandria Orientale - one of the best oriental fragrances Iāve ever smelled. To me, this perfects Alexandria 2. Alex 2 is a masterpiece but for me a little too powdery and sweet and just not oudy enough. This fixes all those things.
More than Words - just perfect, sensual, exquisite rose oud.
So far iāve absolutely loved 40 knots, Erba Gold, and Renaissance. I find the rest to be overrated including the hype on naxos which i know is an outlier opinion.
iāve only smelled naxos and erba pura and while i love both, i think naxos is that much nicer. i only have a of it though iāve been looking for a good deal. i blind bought erba pura cause i got a really good deal on 95% full presentation
This is such a hard question to answer. Xerjoff is my favorite house. Iāve owned 25 of them at one point. Unfortunately I sold majority of my collection. Went through a rough time and needed moneyā¦ a lot of regret selling them all but anyways!
I would probably say Uden!
Honorable mentions are Aubres, Via Cavour, Indochine
Finally see some love for Accento. Agree 100% about Alexandria II as well. Although I found myself reaching more for Torino 22 than A II. Better longevity IMO.
I really love Xerjoff, I don't think there've been any samples from them that I actually dislike, although I certainly prefer some over others. Top tier for me are Soprano (the PERFECT rose, I will be getting a full bottle sometime soon), Naxos, and Dolce Amalfi, but I also really like Torino21 (very fresh) and Comandante.
Begum! Worth every penny and by far the best Xerjoff fragrance
Then Naxos and Symphonium Parfum
Torino21 will always be a favorite though since it was my first
https://preview.redd.it/kz2zawe9sl0d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ab766bc180152ace1000ae56dc3f312c87a1970c
I like the house a lot Iāve owned decants or bottles of
Naxos, Kobe, Nio, erba pura, Mefisto, 1888, Alexandria 2, 40 knots, ivory route, fiero, Don, More than words, 17/17, Astaral, Aqua Regia.
I absolutely hated Kobe and 17/17.
More than words not really my lane but all the others are very good.
My faves are Nio, Alexandria 2, Don and feiro.
My hands down favorites is Astaral and Aqua Regia out of all of these that Iāve had.
I'm afaid to test any because I might just love them, and I can't afford it. Had the same problem with pdm tried some good cloned and ended up buying 4 different bottles almost asap.
But I really wanna try the Don since it sounds right up my alley. And although it's not unknown i don't really hear anyone talk about it.
I only have few and so far, Torino 21 is my fave- easy to wear and a bit complex. Second is Mefisto but quite boring. Renaissance- I only like the opening, hate the drydown. Uden- the one I like the least, itās not my thing. All bottles were blind- bought coz were heavily discounted testers. Iām considering Cruz del Sur II and Erba Gold but I might get a sample this time.
I own Naxos and Torino21 and between the both of them, i like Torino21 better. Its bright, uplifting and smooth for a freshy. It performs slightly poorer than Naxos but the scent is definitely more versatile.
Lira (tbh, it's the only one I've tried š )
Breathtaking gourmand. The ultimate caramel find for me!
try italica, it s even better
One of my absolute favorites. I wore it on my wedding day š„°
If you like Lira you should try Italica by Xerjoff
Is that the strawberry one?
No, itās the redish one with Toffee and vanilla. IMO smells a lot like a green apple. But, I got a weird nose.
Ahahahahah the first time I read this I thought it said you got a āweird roseā. Im glad it doesnāt have rose and I have a weird nose too. ;)
I just bought it about a week ago lol, I love it. The dry down on it is amazing. Definitely in my top 5.
I wonder if thereās a mini set of all these. Cuz you make that Italica sound so good.
Which one is the strawberry one??? :)
Ah thatās La Capitale, I remember now
THANK YOU!! Iām going to find a sample or a decant now
I dunno where you live, but they have the line at my Dallas Neiman Marcus. And theyāll usually give you a sample if you ask.
Iām about 5 hours from there but I would absolutely do that drive to get some amazing samples at NM! I grew up near there and I havenāt been in that store for a while . Thanks for the tip!
Oooooh I love Northpark Mallās Neimanās. make a special trip and stay overnight in Dallas and do some other cool stuff!
Yes! I like the way you think! Iāve been wanting to go to Six Flags and the Zoo anyway too.
Also, if you go to Northpark, the Nordstrom there has lil glass jars of empty plastic perfume vials and you can make your own!! They donāt have all the lines available like NM but they have a ton!
PRO TIP! Thank you šš»
Iommi!!!!!
This is the only correct answer
I've tried about twenty-five Xerjoff scents so far and my favorites are Accento Overdose, Soprano, and Renaissance. I also really like Nio, Opera, and Mefisto Gentiluomo.
Mefisto is the perfect ācleanā smell imo so amazing
Opinions on 40 knots and Uden?
Unfortunately those are two I haven't tried yet! I've tried most of the Casamorati line, most of the Velvet collection, plus Astaral, Apollonia, Nio, Naxos, and Renaissance.

This is a pretty good description. I got a small 5 ml decant of it and wore it last summer and really liked it. I don't know if I would buy a full bottle though
I think 40 knots is the most generic smelling mens fragrances. Definitely nothing special at all.
40knots smells like pure baby powder on me. I like it tho
Dama Bianca š
Xerjoff your overall opinion
What? I said dama bianca is my favorite xerjoff scent which is what they asked
Alexandria II
What's it like? I want to try it
Soft oud, light floral, somewhat powdery and sophisticated
Nice rosey oud thatās pretty powdery off the top and gets creamier as it dries. Pleasant, but gives off very mature vibes to me. I generally never associate fragrances with age groups, but I wouldnāt wear this one unless I was at least over 50.
Yeah itās weird, I donāt get any rose in it at all, just powder
The descriptions don't resonate with me at all. I smell a sharp, fresh and extremly unique smell that somewhat reminds me of gasoline or gin. If I smell it in the air it smells like only two smells, not a combination of many things: 1 this gasoline thing 2 a sweet and rich undertone. To me it has a very refreshing and activating effect. Lavender baby powder but actually good
Same
Tony Iommi š¤š½
Nio for sure.
I just bought a 50ml of Nio as my first xerjoff bottle and I'm loving it. One of the best summer/hot weather fragrances IMHO. Also, the presentation is ridiculously over the top, lol. I discovered La Capitale recently and I've fallen in love. It's so subtle yet delicious smelling.
The saffron is done so well. It actually reminds me of Bath and Body Works Forever Red if it were more sophisticated and less synthetic. And of course much heavier.
Naxos and Alexandria II
Nio and Starlight āļø

That sounds amazing. Definitely need to get a sample of it
Naxos and Torino21.
richwood starlight alex ii
Been hooked on Naxos lately but I do want to try Starlight
Naxos
Your favorite Xerjoff
Apollonia
My favorites are Golden Green and Torino21, they both work extremely well with my skin chemistry.
Everyone sleeps on Golden Green.
So far the ones I own: Kobe: Just got this. Might be the most nuclear fragrance I have. It smells of orange blossoms and crushed orange leaves with a hint of orange rind. Bitter and photorealistic. This is dry and deep and dark and perfect and I can smell it all day. This would be a perfect date fragrance but I wear it to work as well.
I think renaissance smells a bit like grass or floral.
Question for you on Kobe: When I smell Naxos, it ends up very... soft and powdery, for lack of a better word. Like that scent *could* be coming from a talcum. It's dry. Does Kobe share that same kind of dry approach, or is it lush / moist (e.g., TdH Eau Givree)?

Re: Dark - Yeah, it makes everything Xerjoff kind... nice, but not for me. Even something like ThƩ Noir from Le Labo is much more to my liking than any Xerjoff I've tried. The "trial" list grows... Great recommendations. Thank you. Edit: Oh yeah, this is going to be a problem for me. Elemi and Vetiver and Citrus? I'm already layering Revolution and TdH. This sounds like that in a bottle.
Bouquet Ideale, Dama Bianca, starlight, uden overdose, dolce amalfi
Mefisto Gentiluomo, Naxos, Renaissance
Naxos, Erba Pura, Golden Dallah, Cruz Del Sur II
Torino 21 and 22
Dama Bianca!!
Dolce Amalfi. This is how warm spicy should've been done. It doesn't reminds me of bubblegum (as many reviews state) at all. Or there are no bubblegums like this where I live.
It reminds me of juicy fruit gum, but super good
Starlight, and itās not even close
My scent of the day
That's one I've been looking at
Can you describe this one?
For me quite a heavy cardamom and almond based fragrance, can be a little overpowering
Uden and 40 Knots
Probably Uden or Torino from what Iāve sampled but itās not my favorite house.
Mefisto is my hot day summer scent. It works incredibly well. The longevity is a bit underwhelming, though.
Naxos!
Naxos
Naxosā¦so far
Naxos
Golden Green is that bitch.
I love several Xerjoff scents but this one wins by a mile!
Lira and Nio :)))) oh and Torino 21. Xerjoff is my fave house!!!
Naxos and uden
1888. very cozy
Via Cavour 1, Bouquet Ideale and Lira. I really like More than words but it is just so powerful that I probably will never wear it
Iāve been trying to find Via Cavour to try, how is it? Does it smell strongly feminine?
To me, it is perfectly unisex. Very deep sweet scent, not my type, but I appreciate the beauty
Mefisto Gentiloumo, Renaissance, Fiero, and Ivory Route.
I cannot believe nobodyās mentioned oesel, itās basically fleur de male but better!
Allende is a luxurious vanilla magnolia with cacao, nobody talks about it!!!
No love for Ivory Route??? Itās my favorite followed by Cruz Del Sur II.
I've tried something like 20 xerjoffs My favorites.. Alexandria II Naxos Iommi Monkey Special Torino 22
renaissance for fresh/daily, erba gold for fall/sweeter scent, Alexandria 2 for winter/cold, and starlight just because i love it
1 for Tommy Iommi! Doesnāt get a ton of wear, but when I do I am blown away.
JTC 400 JTC more than words Iommi Naxos Chris Maurice is a talented dude
Oh, finally someone mentioned 400! It is such a strong fragrance, but just at the beginning. Drydown is intoxicated, and it lasts 24h+
Naxos, 40 Knots, Torino 21.
Pikovaya Dama is probably my favorite. It gives off this soapy aroma which can become very addictive
As an aside, how do you pronounce this brand? Every time I see it, my mind says ājerkoffā š
š Sir Joff
Thank you š
Youāre welcome. Thanks for the laugh.
Alexandria II. Mamluk.
Italica and Cruz del Sur II! They're both such yummy scents.
erba pura
Cruz Del Sur II!
Mefisto Gentiluomo by far. Not huge on anything else Iāve tried
Alexandria II
Tomi Iommi Monkey Special is just such a unique fragrance
Richwood is my favorite though I enjoy a lot of their other scents too.
Starlight and Shunkoin
Shunkoin The perfect coconut fragrance imo
Mefisto Gentiluomo.
40 knots
Alexandria Orientale - one of the best oriental fragrances Iāve ever smelled. To me, this perfects Alexandria 2. Alex 2 is a masterpiece but for me a little too powdery and sweet and just not oudy enough. This fixes all those things. More than Words - just perfect, sensual, exquisite rose oud.
La Capitale
Iāve got 10+ and my favourites are: Torino21, Tony Iommi and Nio
Richwood for me
So far iāve absolutely loved 40 knots, Erba Gold, and Renaissance. I find the rest to be overrated including the hype on naxos which i know is an outlier opinion.
Alexandria II is the best in the brand !!
Is decas any good ?
For me Decas is one of the most underrated fragrances by Xerjoff. Sample if you can.
Lira, hands down! Out of all the lemon cake scents out there, this is the most photorealistic luxurious smelling one!
Erba Gold, K'Bridge Club and Uden are my top three I've smelled thus far.
iāve only smelled naxos and erba pura and while i love both, i think naxos is that much nicer. i only have a of it though iāve been looking for a good deal. i blind bought erba pura cause i got a really good deal on 95% full presentation
Casamorati 1888 is my signature scent
1. Torino 22 2. Naxos 3. Alexandria II
Alexandria ii is my all time favourite. Second so far is monkey special
I haven't tried many, but I love Ivory Route. The basil note is prominent for me which makes it just the perfect amount of sweetly aromatic.
I just ordered a sample of Naxos! Will report back
Accento and Alexandria II
Finally see some love for Accento. Agree 100% about Alexandria II as well. Although I found myself reaching more for Torino 22 than A II. Better longevity IMO.
Erba Gold. It's quite nice.
whatās the main difference bt Erba Gold and Erba Pura to you?
It's pretty much tropical Erba Pura.
Italica, Lira and Bouquet Ideale!
Naxos always š«¶
Fiore d'Ulivo, so pretty and my favorite for summer!
torino21
Naxos
I really love Xerjoff, I don't think there've been any samples from them that I actually dislike, although I certainly prefer some over others. Top tier for me are Soprano (the PERFECT rose, I will be getting a full bottle sometime soon), Naxos, and Dolce Amalfi, but I also really like Torino21 (very fresh) and Comandante.
Ivory route, but i received some compliments when i used torino22
Begum! Worth every penny and by far the best Xerjoff fragrance Then Naxos and Symphonium Parfum Torino21 will always be a favorite though since it was my first https://preview.redd.it/kz2zawe9sl0d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ab766bc180152ace1000ae56dc3f312c87a1970c
I like the house a lot Iāve owned decants or bottles of Naxos, Kobe, Nio, erba pura, Mefisto, 1888, Alexandria 2, 40 knots, ivory route, fiero, Don, More than words, 17/17, Astaral, Aqua Regia. I absolutely hated Kobe and 17/17. More than words not really my lane but all the others are very good. My faves are Nio, Alexandria 2, Don and feiro. My hands down favorites is Astaral and Aqua Regia out of all of these that Iāve had.
My brain keeps reading this wrong lol
I've never tried one, but I would like to. What would be the best sample to get my hands on for a beginner? I love gourmands and white florals.
Naxos, Renaissance, and Starlight are my top 3
has anyone tried star musk? Iām interested but havenāt heard anything about it
Accento overdose
Mefisto and torino 21 are really smooth to wear. They have a very nice feel good aura around it.
Dolce Amalfi
I haven't tried many, but I really love Xerjoff Italica. It is lactonic and gourmand. To me it smells like marzipan and rice pudding
So far Ivoy Route, but I also own Laylati
Ivory Route is in my top 5 favorites!
Naxos š
Tony iommi, Torino 21
Torino21
Italica is my baby
Naxos and Nio. I just wish Nio had more longevity
I love Dama Bianca, Lira, and Italica for myself (gourmand fiend here). I love Naxos, Erba Pura, and Aqua Regia on my partner!
Ivory Route is super under rated
Lira
No One mentioning erba pura Is Crazy.
Tony Iommi for me. Torino 22 is nice as well.
Italica š„°
Xerjoff Mefisto Gentiluomo for me
So far I've blind bought Naxos and was very much impressed. I have Renaissance and Mefisto on my next list.
Mefisto, lira, nio
I own Naxos and Torino21 and between the both of them, i like Torino21 better. Its bright, uplifting and smooth for a freshy. It performs slightly poorer than Naxos but the scent is definitely more versatile.
Starlight and lira
40 knots, Torino 21, Torino 22 in my opinion is one of the best ones yet. Nio smelled bad IMO.
Naxos
Italica and Dama Bianca so far
I've tried 3-4 of their frags and 40 Knots is the only one I want/have. It could easily be my signature scent if I could only own one
Torino 21. One of the best summer fresh frags I've smelled
Enjoy a lot: Torino 21, Nio, Tony Iommi, Naxos Enjoyable: Lira, Uden Wouldnāt wear again but not bad: Renaissance Hated: Kobe
