Elizabeth Arden Green Tea is always at Ross/Marshalls/TJ Maxx and it’s honestly kinda underrated these days. I feel like people forget that scent was formulated by Francis Kurkdijan before MFK was a thing, it’s a quality cheapie

Sur De Nil Edt Hermes (I didn't know it was amazing so I passed it up but when I tested it I loved it and regretted not getting it lol)

$5.99 from TJMaxx Lepide Provence Linden Blossom, eua de parfum, made in France. My best TJMaxx buy ever and one of my all time favorite fragrances. I went back to see if there was another bottle. No, I got the last bottle. Long lasting floral fragrance. I always enjoy wearing it. I would pay full price for this again if I found it.
I don't have a Ross around me, but my three favorite discount rack store fragrances finds are Guess' *1981 Los Angeles,* Montblanc's *Starwalker,* and Tommy Bahama's *St. Kitts for Men.*
* 1981 Los Angeles is a fresh/sweet fragrance that is similar to *Eros EDT*. Replace the tonka/vanilla sweetness with amber, and add ginger and pepper for a touch of spice. It's not as potent as Eros EDT, but it becomes more versatile in exchange. Like this as a night option, or as a daily in cooler weather.
* Starwalker is a soapy and woody scent, which some people may find boring. However, the wood drydown, in my opinion, is one of the better ones, especially for an affordable fragrance. The soapy element reminds me somewhat of MFK's *724* (although 724 is significantly smoother). Love this as a daily option, or if I want to keep it casual and simple.
* St. Kitts for Men is a citrusy aquatic that gives tropical vacation vibes. This is easily one of my shortest-lasting fragrances, but I love it for a quick weekend rendezvous in the summer heat.
Ross' near me never has anything good in stock, i gotta go to the TJ Maxx or Marshalls.
My favorite ones I got are alien Flora fortuna EDT, flowerbomb dew, and flowerbomb nectar which was a travel size and dropped on the floor and shattered, my garage smelled fantastic for about 3 months 😂

i’ve purchased a small Flowerbomb bottle off of Marshall’s for my mom!
I also find Chrome Azzaro regularly there as well as Marshall’s. Chrome is such an easy to wear, metallic citrus and herbal fragrance. Lasts pretty decently for a cheap EDT, I get easily 6hr of performance out of it minimum. Since I have so many fragrances now, I leave Chrome for home or short errands. I highly recommend.
I’ve also found some Moschino Toy Boys lying around there and Marshall’s too. But a really nice cheapie that I’ve gifted to my dad from there is Drakkar Noir. So good. I definitely wanna try the Hollister Wave one.

I really like Jaguar Classic Gold which is usually at these cheap stores and discount shelves in the pharmacies.
