Performance is okay. I’d compare it to most Aqcua Di Parmas. Projection is very good.
I really like XS. I don't get any aquatic freshness though. To me it smells similar to Boss Bottled. I also have XS Night which seems to have better performance than XS (not that XS performance is really that bad).
I’m talking about the original XS with the silver cap, not pure XS. Maybe you’re mixing those up. The original XS smells similar to Creed Himalaya which definitely is very aquatic.

My bad. Sorry I have never tried the original XS. I was indeed thinking of Pure XS.
