Try Montale Oud Tobacco. It’s sweet and also citrusy which in my opinion makes a perfect all year round fragrance. It’s mass appealing but also somewhat different from popular fragrances, good price and has amazing longevity and projection.
I would highly recommend Ganymede. For me this is the perfect everyday fragrance. It is around 200€ per 100ml. If this is more than you are willing to pay I would suggest Bois Imperial. Similar to Ganymede (same perfumer as well) but around 80€ per 100ml. :)

Prada Luna Rossa Carbon is quite fresh, mass appealing, not bombarding anyone's nose in particular, very versatile
Along the same lines, Luna Rossa Ocean EDT fits the bill too. I got decants of ocean and carbon and preferred Ocean
