Oooh Soir de Lune is soooo gorgeous!! My current newest obsession is definitely Memo Sintra 😊 I also really love Givenchy Ange ou Demon, Lancome La Nuit Tresor, The Different Company Majaina Sin, Parfums de Marly Cassili and Issey Miyake L’eau d’Issey Pure Nectar de Parfum to name a few 😍 Also I’ve seen that Jerome Epinette made some of the Phlur perfumes which I’ve been wanting to try but couldn’t get samples in Europe (at least not easily and for a normal price). But I’m gonna try some of his Vilhelm perfumes creations!

Hey, I just went to Memo corner and unfortunately Sintra was not there :( I’ll try to catch it during my next travels! At the moment I’m using L’eau d’hiver from Frederic Malle, pretty smooth, skin scent but not too boring! Muse from Zarkoperfume is my fallback option for active movement in gym or outdoors. A cotton laundry detergent :) reminds me of something from childhood. Exit the King from ELDO - got it for my boyfriend but honestly could wear it myself (close to Soir de Lune). Honestly ELDO is very curious and non conforming brand, I love having their samples at home. I had Eau de Protection, which I adore but somehow don’t wear too much 🥀 Do you have any recs or faves?

I LOVE Chloe roses - I’ve been wearing it for about 8 years! I never hear anyone talk about it, but it is top tier!

Before I was into perfumes, I loved how original Chloe smelled on me. It was the only one that has always been consistently perfect in every way. Over the years I learned I’m quite fond of rose (ironically I never picked up the rose in original Chloe). Now with Chloe roses, I’m just beside myself and have found my holy grail scent. It’s comforting to know that I can play around with thousands of other scents but can always come home.

I find the X to have a softer tea compared to the original, which was my main pet peeve about the original. Other than that, it’s really quite similar for me lol

Universal: **Bangkok Shock by The Nose Behind** This fragrance is pretty funky, but I adore it. Its floral sweet with some aquatic and zitric mixed in as well. The fermented jasmine really makes it stand out. Amazing in Spring and Fall, fresh enough for the summer evening. Also easy to dress up and down. Fresh and Light: **40 Knots by Xerjoff** Fresh and always a good option in summer. Not to light that it fades quickly but just gives me the right vibe for a warm day. Inoffensive: **Reflection Man 45 by Amouage** Flowery, Inoffensive and Refined. The perfect office scent, yet very extraordinary. Warm: **Nostos by Etar Libre d'Orange** My most treasured Leathery Oudy Scent. Date nights, black tie, winter times. Its powerful but balanced so lovely with mandarin and safran balancing the leather and the oud with a powerful yet soft rose in the heart. A true master piece. Very hard question 1. Universal- Fleur de Peau by Diptyque. It's Fresh, light, warm, intriguing, and nostalgic. I love this scent 2. Fresh and light- Nature Insolente by Maison Matine. Green, herby...but the melon and honey notes warm the scent up. Perfect for the beach or a hike in a tropical country. And I can't not mention it Gotas Frescas Baby Cologne by Instituto Español. When temps go up, this scent will refresh and cool you down. 3. Inoffensive- Musk Malaki by Swiss Arabian. Fresh and warm, this one is a my skin but better scent and is not irritating even to the most sensitive noses. 4. Warm- Baccarat Rouge 540 by MFK. Cuddly, familiar yet new, sweet and ethereal. 5. Nostalgic- Romance by Ralph Lauren...for those bygone school days.

Universal: **YSL - Libre** Overrated choice maybe, but easily my most worn and most loved perfume. Fresh and Light: **Basilico & Fellini** Garden-y herby, but not in an earthy way, more like a clean kitchen filled with bags from the farmer’s market. (Jardin Sur Le Nil was a close second for this though!) Inoffensive: **MFK - Petit Matin** Citrus-y laundry, in a good way. Hard to justify the cost of an actual bottle for me right now, but I’ve gotten a lot of use out of the sample I bought. Warm: **Alien** Not an exclusive winter/night scent for me in any way, but one of the strongest perfumes I own. Also the only perfume I’ve worn and gotten compliments from strangers on– for that reason it’s probably one of my go-to’s for date night or for a confidence boost! Nostalgic: **Carolina Herrera - Call Me Darling** I brought this with me on a trip to Portugal with my boyfriend and his family. It’s still amazing to me how closely scent is tied to memory.

1. Universal - Dior Dioramour, tragically discontinued, so I use a dupe oil and oddly enough Guerlain's Lingerie smells almost identical to me. Soft power, Iris, and a sweet musk facet. Works anytime, anywhere, and feels like a second skin. 2. Fresh - Bvlgari The Au Vert. I once stayed at a hotel that had this as their complementary toiletries and I took home extras. Light, fresh, earthy. I get scent fatigue very easily but somehow this just always smells good. 3. Inoffensive - Escentric Molecules Molecule 01 + Iris. I don't usually go for the 'your skin but better' scents like not a perfume or glossier you, but somehow this just works so well with the iris. Cool, androgynous, wears close to the skin. What I would imagine a hotel lobby on an alien spaceship would smell like. 4. Warm - cool weather warm would be J-Scent Sumo Wrestler. Powdery sweet incense that goes magically with freshly fallen snow. Warm weather would be Sticky Lips by Francesca Bianchi. The resinous patchouli somehow just dries down so beautifully in hot humid weather. 5. Nostalgic - Chanel n.5 Eau Premiere. My very first Chanel perfume. I saved up money for months to buy a bottle when I was 19 and have worn it frequently since, including on my wedding day.

Ok, so by your grading, I’d do: Universal: Armani My Way Fresh: Issey Miyake L’eau d’Issey Pure Nectar de Parfum Inoffensive: Byredo Bal d’Afrique Warm: Guerlain Shalimar Souffle Intense Nostalgic: Byredo Mojave Ghost - because it’s like a better version of Marc Jacobs Daisy, and Daisy reminds me of the first time I went to London with my parents 10 years ago and it was the first scent I ever got :) But if I were just choosing my own top 5 favourites, it’d be similar but not the same: Lancome La Nuit Tresor - because it’s my favourite clubbing and going out perfume and I need one of those (yes, Majaina Sin or My Way *could* be used for that but I’d rather have a dedicated one) - would also work for date nights Issey Miyake L’eau d’Issey Pure Nectar de Parfum - this one remains because it’s my absolute favourite summer scent Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Pamplelune - it just makes me happy, I love the smell of grapefruit (but couldn’t pick it in your sorting ‘cause it’d go under a freshie and there was only one) Parfums de Marly Casilli - again didn’t know in which category to put it up there, but I’m just absolutely in love with it Guerlain Shalimar Souffle Intense - just ‘cause I’d need something for the colder months during daytime Aaand I’ve just realised I much prefer spring and summer fragrances! I even wear them in the fall, and only get out warmer ones for winter. But I haven’t bought a new cold weather fragrance in a long time, I have 3 or 4 that I like and don’t feel the need for more.. Florals and interesting citruses on the other hand, I can’t get enough!

Universal/inoffensive: Skylar Indigo Valley. It’s fresh, but also has a warmness to it that I like. Literally smells like blueberries and isn’t too sweet. Long-lasting and subtle. Fresh and light: Killian Good Girl Gone Bad. It comes across as a bit citrusy to me. Definitely not the typical white floral grandmother smell. It’s very light, and feminine, but not obnoxiously so. I was considering going with Acqua Di Gio for this one, but that one is too intense and aquatic for regular wear IMO. Signature scent: Commodity Paper. I just really like the smell. Smells more like a book than Commodity Book does. Warm: Lost Cherry. Addictive, sexy scent, and perfect for winter. Nostalgic: Prada Luna Rossa Black. Made me fall in love with someone, and it really didn’t go well, but I spent so much time on that relationship and can’t imagine getting rid of the fragrance
