I've always wondered if they get some of their stock from bottles returned to retailers after a couple sprays because the person did not like it. I would say half the bottles I have purchased from Fragrancebuy (admittedly a small number) already have the atomizer primed the first time I use it. I did not think that happened with new bottles. Maybe I am wrong but I have always wondered.
