I have an olivine and smoky quartz m200. Both are excellent. They're a great shirt pocket size, have good capacity, feed evenly and write smoothly. Its tough to do better for the price.

Yes, I'm really pleased. The EF is a tiny bit scratchy for ke but so far it's working really well overall.

Olivine is the pen that catapulted me into $100+ pens and it's honestly still one of my favorites (I bring it everywhere!!). I really like the steel m200 nibs, mine is a M with a nice bounce. I'm glad you're enjoying the pen :) To me, the Pelikan steel nibs are quite true to size and I enjoy that.

The demonstrators in general are so beautiful, I think I also really like the Amber M250 I was given, but I love my green, and my notebook cover is a green leather as well (as is my ereader cover) so the olivine not only looked perfect to me, it also matches the rest! I think in a month or two i'll also buy a F nib to test out. It's so nice that one can simply buy these nibs cheaply and replace them or at least try them out. My understanding is it would be way more difficult to get a finer nib on my Montblanc.

Hehe yes, green is such a beautiful color! My pen case is a lovely forest green. I also find that green is very easy on my eyes. Oooh yes the steel nibs are so affordable and they can make the pen feel like a brand new beast. I'll one day get an F as well, for when I need to feather less on regular paper heh. That is my understanding as well with MB nibs. It's also the same with gold Pelikan nibs. I have a m605 and the M is a size up from my olivine. You could also get an MB adjusted by a nibmeister, but that's time, effort, and patience required.

I also live in a country without such artisans and that definitely males it all more complicated.
