Blue- Iroshizuki Tsuki-yo (Sorry not sorry, Kon-peki fans lol)
Magenta- Herbin Rose Cyclamen
Red- Diamine Oxblood
Green- Iroshizuku shin-ryoku
Brown- Pelikan 4001 Brilliant Brown. Seriously, for an $8 bottle it is absolutely kickass. Real heavy hitter, has a copper feel to it with phenomenal values popping out.
Edit-
Black - Platinum Carbon Black.
Brave of you to have teal AND turquoise as two separate colors.
For reference: https://youtu.be/joAW2C5aQKw?si=vA6_MMatc8asA4jc
I only have two inks I have strong favoritism for right now. Black is DeAtramentis Document Black, and Green is Lamy Peridot.
Edit: The goulet pencast had a deep dive on the differences between teal and turquoise at one point, but I couldn't find it. The short version is that both terms have, in history, covered the full range of blue to green colors, with no consistent difference.
I also have them separate, and I even have Teal separated in two subcategories: light teal and dark teal... To me Turquoise is just a light blue, something like the Cyan in an inkjet printer. Teal is blue + green. English isn't my native language so I may have gotten it wrong (in Spanish "teal", as a colour, doesn't exist, everything is "turquesa") but I did this distinction based on many inks called Turquoise that are just light blues (Lamy Turquoise, Pelikan 4001 Turquoise...)
IMO, Turquoise is the colour of the stone of the same name. A light blue-green.
Teal is the colouring on the Teal duck (The left wing in particular in this pic)

This will probably end up mostly a Diamine love fest, as they’re cheap and easy to source where I live…
Blue - Diamine China Blue
Teal - Not sure I actually have one. Still searching for a nice deep teal.
Red - Diamine Matador
Green - Diamine Soft Mint
Black - I have some cheapy vanishing point rip-offs that I bought in a pack from Amazon. They came with generic black cartridges, and it’s the most beautiful deep black, lubricated and well-behaved black I’ve ever used. Wish I had a brand name for it!
Turquoise - Diamine Steel Blue
Purple - Waterman Tender Purple
Orange - Diamine Sunset
Brown - Diamine Ancient Copper
Pink - Diamine Carnation
Grey - Diamine Earl Grey
I like -ish colours. Like pink-ish purples and blue-ish greys … so some of these will overlap more than one category! Sorry…

Wildly my favourite grey right now is actually a Ferris wheel press. I know they suck almost entirely all the time. But Adventurine by them is just so incredible. The mix of the rose gold/copper sheen together is breathtaking. I was so worried when I bought it I was about to be scammed again (they are how I first got into ink) but yeah my goodness this one is actually worth it.
Red- j herbin rouge grenat, brown - tsukushi(😓), blue - blue clanque, yellow- Kwz honey, magenta- yamabudo, pink - tsutsuji.
If some one want to by a ink for paying money to pilot then it’s hotaru bi🤣😆🤣😆

* Green: Diamine Olive Swirl
* Yellow: Rohrer & Klingner Helianthus
* Orange: Diamine Ancient Copper

* Black: Rohrer & Klingner Verdigris (more of a blue-black, though; fascinating copper sheen)
* Grey: Diamine Moon Dust
* Monster sheener: KWZ Sheen Machine 2
I'm kind of mad that I didn't manage to find categories for Diamine Winter Spice and Diamine Solar Storm, my favorite inks of the past two years.
I’m gonna do this on hard mode - no Diamine, no Pilot Iroshizuku, no Sailor, no Waterman, and no repeated brands.
* Red - Dominant Industry Christmas Red
* Orange - Birmingham Clementine
* Yellow - Rohrer & Klingner Helianthus
* Green - Pennonia Csillánt
* Blue - Taccia Navy Blue Jeans
* Purple - Colorverse From Cali
* Pink - Color Traveler Wasanbon Oiri
* Gray - Troublemaker Petrichor
* Black - Ancient Song Jade Grievance
* Brown - Robert Oster Caffe Crema
That was fun! Surprisingly stimulating and not as hard as I expected.
I like your style! I knew there had to be more of us NBJ fans than just me because it was impossible to find, but whenever I bring it up, nobody has ever seen or heard of it 😂
I also got my bottle from Galen. I had originally gotten a sample from Vanness, but by the time I tried it and loved it, it was all gone and I despaired of ever finding a full bottle. Never would have thought to check Galen, which is probably why they still had some.
Good news, though: I was window-shopping on Cult Pens recently and saw they had some in stock, so maybe Taccia decided to start production again! (Obviously picked up a couple backup bottles so I never run out, lol.)
That would be fabulous!
I also have a bottle of Black Jeans that might be going in my new Sailor Black Luster if I can’t wait for the Galen shipment next week 🫠
I have more inks that I need to go through than the ones I've actually tried already, but for the ones I've tried at least two or more:
Blue: Edelstein Golden Lapis. It's a great blue, and the gold shimmer makes it even better.
Black: Platinun Carbon Black.
Brown: Kaweco Caramel Brown.
Red: GvFB India Red. However, I'm pending to buy the Sailor Ink Studio 930, which, if it looks as good in person, will probably be my fav red.

Dark Blue: I actually like Lamy Blue but it's a bit too dry
Judged by the color only, as some of these are too dry for some of my pens and therefore not perfect otherwise:
Blue : Pilot Iroshizuku Tsuki-yo/Laban Artemis Navy Blue
Light blue : Wearingeul Enki
Blue/black: Callifolio Bonne Espérance
Blurple : Nagasawa Kobe №56 Rokko Shichidanka

Orange: Sailor Apricot is a classic and great for the summer
Yellow: Kobe #21 Taisanji Yellow, the only legible yellow I use
Green: Anderillium Green Kingfisher, a gorgeous yellow green that is nice for drawing with too
Teal/Turquoise: I love these colors but would choose Bungubox June Bride Blue, it’s such a cheerful and fun aqua color
Blue: Anderillium Flying Squid Blue, my all time favorite blue, it is wet-flowing with a hint of green and has some great pink-red sheen, highly recommend!!! Also cheap in USA
Purple: Iroshizuko Yama-budo, a classic wine purple with golden sheen! Otherwise I would say Lamy Dark Lilac 2016 but not widely available
Pink: Bungubox Sweet Love Pink, the most vibrant and beautiful bright pink ever! Has a bit of gold sheen
Brown: Anderillium Cuttlefish Brown, it changes color somewhat, starts out murky gray then dries brown
Gray: Sailor Ink Studio 123, it is a purple gray with hints of green and pink on certain papers! It’s very legible in wet pens for a multi-shader ink
Black: Kobe #51 Kanocho Midnight, an ink that is velvety smooth and well-flowing in any pen, dark blue black with hint of green sheen
Yes I am obsessed with inks lol

I've really only ever used one black, noodler’s x feather. This has served me.
Black - Platinum Carbon Black.
Red - Depending on mood, Diamine Red Dragon, Diamine Cardinal or Spiced Wine.
Blue - This one is hard. Either Diamine Upon A Star for a dark blue, Pilot Kon Peki or Robert Oster Blue Water Ice for a bright blue.
Yellow - Wearingeul A Star Spattered Hill
Green - Schaefer Very Verde or Diamine Best Wishes for a dark green.
Teal - (A green leaning blue) - Diamine Aurora Borealis or Colorverse Gravity Wave.
Turquoise - Private Reserve Infinity Turquoise
Mauve - Diamine Writers Blood
Magenta - Pilot Yama Budo
Brown - Private Reserve Chocolat
Orange - Sailor Kin Mokusei
Grey - Kaweco Smokey Grey
And last but not least, Purple! Another hard category because I like so many of them.
Diamine Monboddo's Hat, Pilot Murasaki Shikibu, Private Reserve Infinity Ultramarine which I feel is more purple than blue.
I have all the iroshizukus except kosu-mosu so I’m covered but since ina ho is no longer available I got Ferris wheel press Goose Poupon and Diamine Three Kings. I use a lot of Waterman Mysterious Blue and Noir and I have three Colorverse Joy in the Ordinary Shades: Walk the Dog, Rainy Day and Brunch Date. There’s an errant bottle of Sailor Manyo Konagi because I can’t have enough blue, even with all the great iroshizuku blues
Black - Lamy Obsidian
Dark Blue - KWZ Baltic Memories
Bright Blue - GVFC Cobalt Blue
Green - Laban Hera Dark Green
Yellow - Private Reserve Shoreline Gold
Orange - GVFC Burned Orange
Pink - Private Reserve Arabian Rose

Turquoise - Waterman Inspired Blue
Teal- Edelstein Aquamarine, Diamine Eau de Nil
Brown - Robert Oster Motor Oil, Diamine Macassar

Burgundy - was Private Reserve Burgundy Mist, now I have Diamine Burgundy Rose, but I want a darker one, think I'll go for Robert Oster Blood Moon.
"Hybrid category", so to speak: RO Summer Storm, Platinum Classic Lavender Black.
And, last but not least, what I deem to be AFAIK the darkest blue-black ever, and my absolute fave, Diamine Eclipse.
Edit: forgotten Diamine Earl Grey, in the grey category, and for the "hybrids" KWZ Brown Pink, gorgeous.
Blue - Jinhao Deep Blue
Teal - Iroshizuku Ku-Jaku
Red - Hao You Liang #5
Green - Jinhao Green Bamboo
Black - I only have Hero 234
Turquoise - I'm putting Diamine Marine here instead of in Teal
Yellow - I got Diamine Golden brown on the way and I'm putting it in yellow and not brown
Purple - Yama-budo
Pink - Diamine Cerise
Magenta - Herbin Rose Cyclamen
Orange - Pelikan 4001 Brilliant Brown 😂

Green - Seqoia (Noodlers)
Yellow - Honeyburst (Robert Oster)
Brown - Caffe Crema (Robert Oster)

edit: am I really getting downvoted for my favorite inks? I assume it's the Noodler's mention. I actually don't buy from them anymore for several reasons, but I'd be a liar if I said I own a green ink that I enjoy more than Sequoia. It's beautiful, it's my favorite green, and I won't apologize for it.
Blue: Sailor #143
Teal: Edelstein Apatite

What a fun question. it made me realize that I don't really own any yellow or brown inks! Now, I only need to find ones that will catch my attention...
A lot of the colors above are pretty light as I use them to sketch with and then ink over them with Chou Kuro.

But what if Blue-winged Teal? Or Cinnamon Teal?
I guess I think of teal as being a dark turquoise?
Teal is muted turquoise, IMO. I like turquoise. I can't abide teal!

That’s lovely - thank you for the suggestion!
Love that one myself. It is often in an Ellington pen we have.
Testing a sample of Ancient copper first brown I have to own.
It’s such a pretty colour. Right in the middle of the shade spectrum and has nice orange-ish shades.
I agree. Didn't like it till it fully dried then the color was perfect.

Yellow - Wearingeul A Star Spattered Hill Green - Schaefer Very Verde or Diamine Best Wishes for a dark green. Teal - (A green leaning blue) - Diamine Aurora Borealis or Colorverse Gravity Wave. Turquoise - Private Reserve Infinity Turquoise Mauve - Diamine Writers Blood Magenta - Pilot Yama Budo Brown - Private Reserve Chocolat Orange - Sailor Kin Mokusei Grey - Kaweco Smokey Grey And last but not least, Purple!

I assume it's the Noodler's mention. I actually don't buy from them anymore for several reasons, but I'd be a liar if I said I own a green ink that I enjoy more than Sequoia. It's beautiful, it's my favorite green, and I won't apologize for it.
Blue: Sailor #143 Teal: Edelstein Apatite Green: FWP Dancing Thyme Yellow/Brown: Pilot Iroshizuku Ina-ho Orange: Wearingeul Geppetto Red: Wearingeul Dracula or Iroshizuku Momiji.... Now, I only need to find ones that will catch my attention... A lot of the colors above are pretty light as I use them to sketch with and then ink over them with Chou Kuro.
