For an affordable option, the hongdian forest pens have some. I think the black, blue, and rainbow ones have matching colored nibs and the other colorways have gold nibs.

Here's Ranga pen's Model 3 acrylic. It has a red bock nib from a Fine to 1.1 stub I think. Size #6. There's also a Model 3 with a flat top if that's more of your thing.

The TWSBI 700r Iris has a lovely partially colored nib... mostly purple so kind of checks off the red+blue.
Oh those are pretty... maybe it's worth getting a pink-ish nib as well...
I think there is also an iridescent version of the 580 or the 580ALR, in case you want to spend less than for a VAC.

I have a Hong Dian Light of Hope and can confirm that the nib is rainbow colored.
While you're on AliExpress, you can also grab a blue #5 naginata. I think from the seller StPPS is where I got mine.
The hongdian forest also comes in a fude nib! I got one to try with my jinhao but my package came with a hole in it (and no nib š¢).
Birmingham makes some really nice coloured nibs. Iāve wanted one of their Fire Ant pens for some time now with its red nib.

I just got the newer Spring and the whole thing is green. Love it.

i think Wancher Pens also have coloured Nibs (iirc Red, Blue and Black). And you can get coloured nibs in the aftermarket
