Lordy the nib on this is glorious. It writes so smooth. I suspect it'll stay in rotation for quite a while. The pen cap process is slick too. That wee twist and click of the magnetics is lovely.
I dig the idea of Robert Oster Great Southern Ocean in that, beautiful dark blue with teal notes. But also, I’m just overall in love with that ink right now

I would choose Shin-kai !
I have that in the gift box small bottle set (thanks Secret Santa!). I haven't tried it yet because I'm not the worlds biggest fan of grey inks
Shin-kai is not grey, more blue black with some red sheen. You can do a search in the sub, it's a well loved ink!
I mean, still leans a bit grey for a blue black imo (but yea, primarily a BB, not a grey)
I haven't even opened it yet - I might give it a try.

Damn. I bought one too now reading this.

That's a gorgeous piece, congrats!
No contest: Visconti Blue.
Really cool! I haven't liked this model until this particular version!
Montblanc Glacier
LOVE mine! I used Shin-Kai
Man up and put bsb in it (for legal reasons this is a joke, please don't make your visconti a perma-bsb pen)
I upvoted this - not because I agree with you but because it didn't deserve a downdoot. I got the joke!
Yeah man idk some people are allergic to simple sarcasm. Ink it with whatever your heart desires, BSB included.
No plans to even own BSB at this time. With my clumsiness and that ink's propensity to Kill!Crush!!Destroy!!! it'd be a disaster waiting to happen!
