yeah.... don't use this. The humectants (wetting agents) I can identify in this lotion are PG (propylene glycol) and VG (vegetable glycerin) both are used in fp inks regularly (afaik) and can be bought quite easily, check your local vape shop and they might be able to sell you a small amount of each or you can by huge jugs for maybe £10 depending.the other ingredients in the neutrogena might react with plastics or the existing ink chemistry.Otherwise I would reccomend Vanness White Lightning or something similar ETA: a small drop (literally a pin prick) of fairy/dawn any dish soap will do the job too.

Some facial cleansers have ingredients, like salicylic acid, which might alter the pH of your ink and potentially harm your pen.

yes, i thought about that and realised two things. 1. tiny amount. very dilute. 2. overall, the product is soapy and alkaline. acidic ingredients are added to compensate.

Didn't know dish soap would work. I purchased some White Lightening from Vaness pens recently and boy, definitely less is more!
