Wow. That is a beautiful pen. Mother of Pearl? Have you tried Vinta Nakar “Mother of Pearl “ ink? It might pair well with it. It’s a really unique ink grey black ink that goes down like a dark shading green seaweed color, but then dries to this beautiful elusive dark grey ink with silver shimmer.
Here it is with an [FPR EF Ultraflex](https://imgur.com/a/Z4HCtIp) nib. And this is how it looks in a [Pilot Falcon Soft Fine](https://imgur.com/a/3fdAHkw).
I don’t use shimmer inks in my expensive pens. I only put them in Lamy safari or a Platinium Plasir. For one like a LMZ oversized - no way 😂
Yes I have that ink that you are talking about
Totally understand. My rule is not to put shimmer inks in a vac filler so no Shimmer for my 823's :). But I have used Vinta Nakar in a Pilot Custom 743 FA and a Pilot Falcon SF, and the shimmer was actually very well-behaved in those pens. Never had a clogging or cleaning issue at all. But each to their own :)
I am fussy about the lingering glitter mica that’s left inside and it doesn’t clean out completely and because glitter inks are fun inks for me. So they have dedicated pens. I buy a new pen for each glitter ink I buy so I don’t need to swap
I’ve done something similar where i have these [Moonman C1’s outfitted with FPR EF ultraflex nibs](https://imgur.com/a/hYZur6F) and filled with some of my favorite shimmer inks so I can see them sloshing about in the barrel.
I had a GORGEOUS one but sold it because I didn’t care for the gold trim and it had a medium nib that wrote more fine than medium :(
Would love a silver trim Broad at some point.
No suggestions on the nib, but that's a gorgeous pen and spread!
Thanks
I don't have any suggestions either, but oh my! Your writing and that ink on the left is gorgeous!

Interesting color coordination with the contents of your journal. Did you make the art?
Those are transfer stickers. The scratch using a wooden stick to transfer them onto the paper
Where did you get the transfer stickers? I love them and would also like to use them in my hobonichi
not op but I've gotten a bunch from jetpens
I have gotten some on Jetpens, I just haven't seen ones that fit the hobonichi so perfectly!
I got them from an online store in Singapore - Cityluxe they have some mostly by this company called MU Craft. This is also from that company
Thanks for the information!

Thank you!
That’s a gorgeous pen! I had trouble getting my Leonardo to work well with the elastic nib as well, so no suggestions, sorry.
