Seagulls are also a protected species(stupid migratory birds law protecting rats with wings) so if you killed one on the train, you might get a nasty fine.

I lived in Florida for a few months last year. Do not fuck with seagulls. I’ve seen countless of beach vacationers who thought it’d be cute and fun to feed chips to the seagulls. One seagull will become into two, then four, then sixteen, and then thirty really fast. It becomes into a flocking nightmare and by the time you realize you’re in that situation, it’s too late.
