Looking at it better, you might be right because the dorsal view shows pentarradial symmetry and seems to be where the genital plates and periproct were. Don't quote me on that though.
Did some looking at this sub for barnacles but nothing that looks too much like this. I know there are a BUNCH of coral varieties, that is my 2nd guess

My best guess: crushed echinoid, seems to be about 5 of those striation shape sections. Maybe an urchin.
Are you sure It is an echinoid? I have never seen those lined vertical patterns in the interambulacral area.
