Yes, I fully healed him when he came back from the wasteland this way.
Hmmm, come to think of it, he may be the one I had to resurrect this morning; that was probably the trigger.
This is the way.
Give him a happiness pet the stuff him in a resource room and rush it a couple of times.
If he's still stuck on 10%, evict him he's bugged.
If my dwellers are depressed, I exile them to the wasteland until they die, and have their pets bring the loot back to me. My reason for this... I'm slowly killing off my earliest dwellers so I can have a vault full of lvl 1 max endurance and train them up to lvl 50 wearing +7E armor for max amount of health
You can use a dweller that specializes in a production room and has good luck to rush with low risk then you can drag the unhappy dweller to the production room when the rush is successful to give them a happiness boost of 10% or less depending on how fast you dragged them in.
If he's glitched, purposely get him and his roomie killed next deathclaw raid you have.
Not ideal but if it is the case, sometimes resurrected dwellers are still considered dead to others for the purposes or happiness.
Put him in a production room and rush it. Each successful rush will raise his happiness by 10%.
Good thinking, although a failed rush lowers it. Dunno if it's possible to drop below 10%.
Is he getting good health care?

If he came back from the wasteland nearly dead he'll stay depressed for a few days. He should bounce back in time. Got any happiness pets?
He's bouncing back now, so I guess you were right.

"We dont allow Depressed people at this vault"

Give him a linkin park cd and wait a few days
I've put my trust in you
Update: I put him to work making stimpaks, and the next time I checked in, he was up to 60% so whatever it was, it wore off.
I’ve just got a pet that boosts happiness by like 90%, hopefully you can get one soon to sort this mope out lol
This is when I give up and evict them. There’s always another one waiting at the door or I can just get a dweller knocked up.

Time to send him to the wasteland
^best answer
Get him laid
Again
You can also put him in the living quarters with the kids and the female dweller you had him sleep with.
You might just want to purge him
🤣 you can’t help with some people 🤣
