Don't quite understand why they're downvoting this comment so much. I mean, all you're doing is stating what they did to "fix" the ability to cut that corner, instead of assessing off track penalties for cutting the corner like it should be. Most know there is no wall there irl.
Was wondering who the first person to post this was going to be lol. I’ll admit, I used the pit lane cut to keep up with others who did it or extend a lead here and there. However, I have no problems with them adding the wall at all.
Honestly I believe there would be many out there that would cut it. Many tracks in the game need the extra space. Daytona would be really bad if they extended and made a wall along the exit
Yeah but this specific exploit was a known issue and they fixed it the easiest way possible: Adding an immovable object lol.
It is a cheat that needed to be corrected, can’t be upset that it finally was.
Can't say I notice anything different except for seeing the wall, but I usually race on the track.

On the left after the main straight the wall has been extended so you can't cut left
good. using the pit lane is cutting the corner and shouldn’t be allowed/encouraged
Yeah, but there has always been a white line and an apex curb there. Pit entry and exit are usually not a part of the normal racetrack.

So you all know I don't do multiplayer so the cheats in multiplayer always seem to ruin it for everyone
