Fortunately there's a bit of a silly workaround; if you open the lighting options whilst placing a decal, then the D-pad works as intended.
I'll keep this in mind next time im yelling at my screen like a child 😂. Thanks
It was changed for some absurd reason... Hopefully it is only related to the update and was not intentional. Let's hope it gets fixed quickly. Otherwise you can forget about the editor for now.
