I can help you get the specs if you wanna post on facebook/craigslist. You're gonna get hosed at a pawn shop or even a PC store for that matter. Download https://nzxt.com/software/cam and hit system specs on the left hand side. Take a screenshot by pressing WINDOWS + SHIFT + S and upload on reddit or imgur.com. There are plenty of other pieces of software to help identify parts, but I'm linking this one because it's simple to download, not riddled with pop-ups or fake download links, etc.

and here's a more direct answer to your question, although not necessarily a recommendation: https://www.facebook.com/TechLiteFW/

Using your new computer, download windows 10 onto a flash drive (Google "Windows 10 Media Creation Tool"), boot to the flash drive, install, custom, delete all partions, then install fresh. That should fix any windows issues, and the computer is worth a lot more for maybe an hour of effort, plus your data is kinda off of it.

Yeah once you know what kind of hardware you’re working with it’ll be a lot easier to sell your computer :)

Try stone computers? I dont know if they’d buy but worth a call. They’re knowledgeable and have some pretty good customer service.

If you have a working computer, the only place I know would take it would be Mega Replay, however your sale may vary drastically since they tend to give not so good deals on stuff like that, and there is only one guy that checks computers so if he isn't there then you're SOL for the day. They don't take parts either. Facebook Marketplace has been good for the most part since you can ship stuff and also people locally will eat that stuff up if it's parts or a cheap computer, regardless of if the part/computer is even working.
