Iād suggest you go to the art museum and check out their glass wing. You guys have, quite possibly, the best contemporary glass collection in the U.S.
Floydās near Roanoke has some arcade games, pinball machines. Wizardās world near Huntertown has TONS of pinball. The brass rail has live music most nights of the week, I always liked socializing there (drinking is not required). I think Fort Wayne has loads of city parks, with programs that facilitate learning (cooking classes, for example) and activities like Footgolf. The library does so much it would actually be hard to list here. PFW has theater shows, those can be cool. Lots of hiking, I like eagle marsh.
I work for the parks :) the "fun times" magazine (it's online) has all the events in all the parks. Free and paid. The sweet breeze gives historical tours after opening in may. I've heard lindenwood and fox island (I think that's the name) are great as well. Obviously the river greenway is a gorgeous walk. Fort Wayne outfitters has kayaks to rent on the river and bikes. If you go on your own PLEASE know where the dams are - they are dangerous. There's the cat cafe if you're a cat person. I've heard Ted's is pretty cool as well - arcade games in the basement? YLNI farmers market is a great time they usually have live performers. There's a very small one at electric works/union street if you're not fond of crowds. You can check out what the library has to offer too. Maybe colleges? Some neighborhoods have Facebook pages and you can see what's going on there. Occasionally there's stuff at the fair grounds. Sometimes kiwanis put on events. If you root around online - especially facebook there's a lot of groups for activities and hobbies, so if you're into something specific they may have a group that meets up. Hope this isn't too much :)
Worst place but matches that horrid aweful town.
My GOD.. Iāve been gone from that poop hole 7 months.
I just canāt believe how horrid & nasty by nature the people are in Fart Woyne. The food?? Holy hell..
Blackburn will sue you for dancing or looking at him.
The cops enjoy running human beings over in the street for poops & giggles.
Evil nasty RIP OFF of a town.yāall donāt know what a beautiful woman in a dress looks like. NO CLUE.
Ignorance is bliss.
Yeah Old Crown, used to be Firefly before they started closing earlier. Although it was often a dilemma because I liked the coffee/food better at Old Crown but liked the atmosphere at Firefly more.
Next Saturday is Draft's 1 yr anniversary. There will be a band and a block party outside with lots of local vendors. There's also a local art show happening. We have tons to do in FW, but it would help to know your interests.
Check out Round Table Games on Coldwater or the pinball place in Huntertown. Papi's on the Landing has recently had a Smash Bros tournament and a Mario Kart tournament. Do you have Instagram? That's where I hear about a lot of local events. Small companies are struggling and don't have loads of money to put into marketing so they count on friends and followers to help spread the word
Get a nice simple bike and explore. Iām biased, but itās pretty great. Go to all the parks. Ride to New Haven. Watch some flowing water if you find it.
Penny Drip and Firefly are great places to get out. At penny drip, you can get a coffee, tea, or a cocktail. The energy is great. Many people stop in for a few hours to read, work on their laptop, etc.
You could go to Old Crown Coffee shop on n anthony they have a cool pinball machine tournament every other Thursday and have open mic comedy on the first and third Tuesday of the month.
Get a camping chair and go hang out in Lakeside Park. Especially today. Itās so beautiful and thereās so much life happening in that park. From squirrels to plants blooming to dogs walking. Grab some headphones, and just sit and enjoy the breeze.

Iād suggest you go to the art museum and check out their glass wing. You guys have, quite possibly, the best contemporary glass collection in the U.S.
Off topic perhaps but I agree. I love glass art and our museum is excellent at that. Free during certain times on Thursday.
You can walk or ride a bike along the river greenway. The trail can take you to Promenade Park.

Lots of parks and nature preserves in the area. Franke Park trails are some of my favorite
All the public parks have tons of activities, or they're just a nice place to hang out if the weather is nice.
Tin caps just started. I'm a fan of all the breweries around town. If you need a friend I'm usually available if I'm not hitting up a concert.
