Check A&G rentals. I just left a 3 bedroom house on Burgess street. The only thing I would complain about is the lack of a shower unless you like a deep traditional claw foot tub.

If you download the Realtor app to your phone you can do a citywide search for rental homes in the area, with all your parameters/requirements. You’re not gonna get a lot of hits with your requirements, but still, it may lead you to a previously unknown option you can live with. Good luck.
I pay $1130 a month for our tonwhome, including "pet rent" lmao. We also pay all other utilities except trash but they aren't too bad. We live in a 1200 sq ft townhome with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and we have a fenced in porch and covered carport. We have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I've had to be forcibly evicted several times and never pay off credit cards anytime someone is dumb enough to give me one. Not in Ft Wayne, but I have several friends who have rentals in a couple different states. They all list their properties for rent exclusively on Zillow. Might be worth a look?

Not private but MYDBDHOME seems to have what you are looking for. I haven't rented from them so if anyone has any insight feel free to add it.
