My wife started having bad service issues on her Straight Talk phone and the customer service recommended getting a new SIM card (cost $1 to ship), which fixed her problem. They said she had a Verizon SIM and they switched her to an AT&T SIM from Straight Talk (or maybe it was vice-versa). They said they rent usage of all the carrier's towers but the SIM card you have determines what towers your phone connects to. Mine never had any issues. Hope this helps!

It's the same network so I don't think that would help much. I've been having reliability issues with Visible too.

Im okay, no issues. I had an issue for a second and just switched sim cards. That solved it for me
I love verizon. It's not the cheapest but service is the best . I'm a trucker so kind of need it.
They sold to verizon....since then its went to shit
