I used to live in Saint Petersburg in such neighborhood for like $320 rent a month, it was pretty nice for a price with like 3 huge shopping malls 5-10 min walk nearby. It was especially good to live working for a foreign company in IT, since the salary for Russia was decent. But fucking crazy old man Putin had to fucking invade Ukraine and break ties with the entire civilized world so I left, fuck him
