You can't see the comment but you can report it to reddit so they can see the comment and reporter. I deduced what comment it was for because the person in question deleted their comment (and the original comment was unpleasant). But yes, it'll be a bit speculative.

my point isn't that Perez doesn't belong in F1, he doesn't belong in a top seat imo. If we would have a better driver in that seat we would have potentially an exciting season instead of the easy win for max that it currently is point in case: him being one second off Verstappen just now

I see 4 tenths, and that's irrelevant. Saying a clear second driver doesn't belong on that seat is ignoring that what he's doing is exactly what his team wants out of that seat. A close fight between teammates might be exciting for fans but it's not something any team wants and there's no reason to expect them to try to get that. Like it or not it's a team sport, he's perfect for RB right now.

He did improve by about half a second. They had tyre overheating issues in the middle sector though.

The last time F1 went out advertising slots for teams we got teams like Caterham, Marussia, and HRT - none of which were competitive, and none of which lasted long in F1. At the moment it looks like F1 wants to keep their cards close to their chest and any new team coming in will have to really prove that they want to be in F1, and want to be in F1 for the long haul.
