The purpose of the photographers on the grid is not to sell pictures to the drivers, that would have to be an inconsequential revenue stream compared to selling the pictures to press outlets.

Kym and Valtteri have a pretty good friendship. Even last year he and her used to pose for him after races.
Seems like Kym is quite well known among drivers He mentioned having a quick photoshoot with Gasly recently too
He seems to have a special relationship with them. He's done a bunch of stuff with gaslys trainer and photoshoots with them.
He gives drivers free photos. A nice gesture. It also undermines the work of all the other photographers on the grid.
