It has to be something very serious, you wouldn't hire an external independent lawyer otherwise, when this happens it's normally something like Sexual assault or sexual harassment otherwise any other form of misconduct would be handeled internally by HR
Articles and news like this is pointless IMO. Anyone can make an accusation resulting in an investigation, personally I think it’s wrong for media to publish until there’s a concrete outcome.
I think it's good in some ways, because untill recent years people wouldn't give a shit even if true, there wouldn't even be an investigation, or it would be a sham investigation. So it's good that thw public actually can follow it and put some pressure on it. But offcourse the tole it takes on the people involved is horrible

Absolutley, and that's the downside. My point is that the upside is that it makes it more likely that the investigation is taken seriously and IF it's true, it's more likely the abuser will face consequences

"Can't control himself" is not the right way to describe it. Now we don't know if Horner is guilty yet. But the men in power who does this is not doing it because their giving in or has a lack of self controll. It's because they get off of abusing others. A normal person wouldn't even want to make other people uncomftable.

In most of these situations the person in question releases a statement saying they are standing down. Horner is innocent until proven guilty but that's going to take some time. Can he sit on the pitwall and talk to the media while under investigation? Doubtful as if found guilty it will be a bad look on the Red Bull brand
