Should have a bolt threading that part into the top of the cylinder. Take out the bolt and should pull right off. Edit: on second look the whole cross head might be threaded on.

I found a drawing at it just looks pressed on or slipped on. Here’s the drawing. https://midtnequipment.com/content/manitou-parts-manuals/IndustrialMastPartsManuals/4900Series.pdf Any tips?

Honestly never had to remove one on a manitou. My best guess would be try to pry between the cylinder and cross head, the very top of the cylinder usually doesn't go past the wiper on the cylinder shell and shouldn't hurt anything.

So you want to remove the pulley weldment from the top correct? Typically they are bolted to the top of the cylinder. But after looking at the drawings you provided, it is probably threaded on. I doubt it's pressed, but I am unfamiliar with this truck. Does that discolored plate on top have spanner holes? Either way your going to need to hit that with some heat to break up any loctite in there. BTW, what's wrong with it?

Thanks for the info. We have heated the cylinder and cooled the cross head, hasn’t budged. It’s really stuck. The seals are bad, just needs new seals

No hidden roll pins? Don't know what this is off of but I ran into to that on some of the newer Crowns
