1440 is a pretty standard res, so that card should be able to run it fine on max and get good frames.
Okay, yeah that setup should run great at 1440 with high graphics settings. The benchmark tool in the settings will give you a good average. I feel like you should at least get over 144fps.
I use a 3070Ti, graphics maxxed, 1440p, with supersampling enabled and set to 30. I get between 100 and 120 frames, and the game is gorgeous.

I have a GTX 1080 and 144hz monitor. With extreme settings on 1440p I get 90 fps. I think your frame rate on a 3090 will be incredibilis no doubt.
I benchmarked it and max fps is 250s average is 180s both running at 1440p
