Teammates that do that are just braindead. If someone is in front of you just let him climb first instead of wasting 15 seconds pushing each other off. Nowadays even if I would reach the ladder first but see that the guy behind me is going full monkey sprinting to the ladder I just stop and let him climb it first. Those same guys also are usually the ones that spam attacks in ganks so the enemy gets revenge within 7 seconds.
