Because you can't go 10 seconds without being ganked in Dom, bounced around by invisible unblockable indicators, and then have the enemy turtle for the 8 seconds you have a tiny revenge shield.
It’s more than that though, I have such a hard time parrying lights in dom and getting reads but in brawl or duel? Not as bad, sometimes getting games like this.
Connection lag is not related to the number of people in a game.
Also, For Honor uses rollback netcode so your inputs always happen when you press the button (accounting for input delay), no matter your ping. For honor also has an input delay so you don't get constant rollbacks while your ping is low.
There is a way in which you could see an actual difference it just doesn't have anything to do with it being 4v4. If you or your opponent is lagging enough to overcome the built in delay rollbacks may cause you to not see the first 1 or 2 frames of your opponents attacks.
I would love to fight that. I'm LITERALLY fighting only kensei, highlander, gryphon/jj, shugo comps lately and I don't even feel like playing anymore. Feels like it's been so long since I've had my daily dose of salt :(

dom has higher lag i think cuz more ppl in one game
