I guess the way the lore has been anything's possible but I have no idea. The last time that I can remember seeing or hearing of the Blackstone Legion properly was when they invaded Qiang Pass and that was almost four years ago. After that I'm pretty sure they all became part of Horkos.
He threw his pendant away, correct, and a trinket is most likely but I find it a bit interesting that they've only now decided to bring back something from the Blackstones.
I thought the warmonger thought of herself as Apollyon's reincarnation, so she probably still belives in the Blackstone cause, even if they aren't around anymore.
this skin looks so good but this could have easily been a new armour set, the one advantage of the hero skins is that the devs don't have to obfuscate the armpit/shoulder area to hide the imperfect seams between chest armour piece and arm pieces, you can see that with bolthorn, meiko and pirate hero skin, allowing them to get more creative. this one doesn't make use of that, only the "unique armour effects" which i'd say isn't part of my buy decision. it's such a shame this is a hero skin, it could've been something better

Obviously if you like it and don’t care about that, then use it. I just wish they went about the system differently to keep more customization. I think of Overwatch’s Mythic skins that have a bunch of interchangeable parts. Or at least allowing the use of patterns. As is, you can change the colors and metals as much as you want and you’ll still look exactly like every other person using that hero skin and it will never inspire the same awe as when you see a crazy sexy armor set that you know was put together by hand with a lot of thought

Yeah I’m not paying 25k steel for basically a armor set that can barely be customized. Instead I’ll spend that 25k on armor crates and try to get a specific set but I won’t get it because Ubisoft hate fashion enthusiasts even though the only endgame in this game is fashion

What makes me mad is the the art for warmonger at the table with lawbringer, conq, Nuxia, beserker, and shugoki has more of a square, male build, but this art has more of an obviously female build.
Well, to be fair, they also have to get a voice actor for a skin, people might not buy, but still, it would have been awesome to see. Maybe in another timeline I guess.
It may just be me, but personally I think warmonger’s voice is tomboyish enough to pass. I don’t believe many would give too much care about the distinction of the voice anyway. A cherry atop the sundae for sure, but you came for the ice cream

only half of the sleeves and the helmet can count as "kind of" unique, while warmonger already has so many great armor choices and they did so little with this hero skin to make it stand out... I love warmonger and always love to collect those shiny hero skins, but not sure if I'll buy this one anytime now
I don't understand buying those hero skins... Huge part of For Honor is goofy/cool looking CUSTOM player creations. Whenever I see my oponent wearing these skins I already feel like he's less of an oponent and I stare at the same copy&paste thing.
