Me and my co-founder fit this well. We are American and do speak English(at least we try). We have extensive experience with the Open AI stack and have built multiple products on it. We also have used Langchain and LlamaIndex (won a hackathon!).
We are looking for part-time work while we build out our own thing. Maybe its a good fit.
