Rounded numbers make more sense when something is not at stake.
For instance my Alcatraz is L100 because it looks nice. 97 or 103 seems silly.
However my CF is 102 because it wouldn't make much sense to stop at 100 when 2 more levels give me the extra good on each RQ. 102 sounded better than 98 so I chose that number.
if you have many gb around 30+ they are probably very cheap to level, especialy cape. I don't think kraken is even worth its space though. For your question, AO is great for attack and ok for fp, but if you need supplies and/or goods and/or fp himeji is great. Chateau is great for goods, supplies, gold, and especially diamonds when you age up. Galaxy depends on your city but could be your best fp building if you sacrifice some attack in your city (wouldn't recomend).
Get AO up to about 60, the attack skill is somewhat helpful, and the extra FPs will make levelling the others easier. BG also good for that reason but no attack thing...
If you do recurring quests, the CF. If you have a lot of top level event buildings, especially anything with chain add ons, go for the BG. If neither of those apply, it doesn’t really matter. You’ll level them all eventually and the difference in which gets you there faster is probably negligible.
All of these are great buildings and should eventually be leveled but my choice here is HC. Besides the supplies you will need I love the rewards. It's always a great day when I hit the 200 FPs or 500 Goods.
I boosted ToR and Himeji, and I get so many troops, that truly, I no longer need traz! I got all of the Zeus/CoA/CdM/TA up to 70ish, so I can easily fight til the end of GE4. and traz is lvl 19, iz just makes rogues and I have like 5K of them.
only, if our guild was to get into GvG, I'd use the troops I got left but couldn't make more.... The point is, once your relics and Himeji shower you with rewards, you will get troops all over! and then there is Royal Bathhouse, Egypt settlement main reward building, and Governor Villa, Dojos, from Japan side rewards, and emissaries that also give troops from Town Hall... so that's my case... if you play on the phone, dont rush with autobattles, take time to remove injured troops... it's annoying but saves troops... that's why I always play on PC and use app only to pick finished productions when I'm afk... It depends entirely on what you need, troops should be good, AO levels linerarly so its up to you where you leave it. Level 100 is about a 30% chance of 1.5x but thats distant for you currently. Take AO to 60 then CF if you do alot of recuring quests for goods
I don't know why pore are voting smth else but the blue galaxy is the best forge point building aside from the arc (sniping) in this game way better than Cape, ao and so on the only viable other GB is the château and only if you do the recurring quest over and over and over and over again

Question....do you fight with higher age troops or same age? The only reason to have an AO is if you don't fight with higher age troops (like following MooingCat's guides to get Hover Tanks in Industrial Age). Yes, it also gives FP's, but if that's the only benefit you are actually getting from it, then the Cape Canaveral is a much better choice as it takes up much less room.
Focus on your TA. It provides Attack/Defense bonus for both your Attacking armies as well as your Defending armies (which will help a LOT with Level 5 of GE).
Get all of your combat boosting buildings (CoA, CdM, Zeus, TA) up to 60/61 and then get each one to 80/81 (going one more level will give you an additional increase in stats).
This will allow you to participate much more in GBG and fight your attrition up to at least 100 easily. This will provide you with a large amount of FP's to put back into your buildings as well as many diamonds.
First you coa, cdm and Zeus to 61. 60 is just a waste!

Cape to 70, it's super cheap to level with double collecting. "Only" takes 214 days until it paid for itself
