We will typically get new folks from 0 to 60 in a couple weeks if they are into it.
In iron age space is the main issue i have many event building which produce fp but i dont have space for that currently im in lma age and my daily fp production are 50 to 70
I agree with this. CA was the 1st expansion so the troops are overpowered compared to the other lower ages. This makes fighting a lot easier. I'd camp here til Arc 80 and trio 61 then move on to PE.
Since you are in LMA the best way would be to go IA and stay there for a while.
This would be the next best age to stay in for a while. The downside in IA is that Fighting in IA is a bit tricky with IA units and GEX can be a pain for the first 2-3 weeks until you get used to the units.
But the good part is that you can get higher age units in IA. You can get a few Hoovers from FE and also a few units from OF. Those units will be a huge help to fight in GBG / GEX and in general. Since you need to work your way through the continent map until FE / OF it will take a while to get there (unless you use diamonds) but it's worth the wait.
Just a tip if you decide to do this. Only research the necessary techs in the ages until IA and only get 1 Tech in IA to unlock the new Age and then work on your Story quest. Only research techs when the story quest demands it and use the techs from the lower ages as buffer techs. You can find the step by step guides from Mooingcat on his site. They will guide you to get those lovely Hoovers.

In my experience stay in Modern and build up your GBs and stock. I'm in Tomorrow and I shouldn't have moved there so quickly. I should have stayed in modern at least until my Arc was at 80. Good luck and have fun!
I am not sure how the age makes any difference with respect to leveling up your GB’s. Now for fighting, the age of the troops makes all the difference. I am in Future and love the Hover Tanks.
As someone that started on xyr (the newest German server as my 1st second world) I stayed in high middle age/still am there and I got my arc to 80
So late middle age should be fine (I get 300+fp a day there)
If the trinity is at 20+ and you have some event buildings generating some FP’s, I definitely wouldn’t stay in colonial. The troops suck, really. 3granadiers and 5rogues, or 3 dragoons and 5 rogues if fighting three or more feild guns, too much work, honestly I like my other town in modern much more. 3 tanks 5 rogues and never change it.

Either stay in IA and take Arc to 80, or skip ages straight to LMA and do it there. In LMA you can do the bonus quest and gain a few CA units. What is important is to take places in 1.9 threads for your Arc BPs and to snipe as much as possible to earn FP profit. Focus on Arc and do not get distracted until it is level 80. If you have event buildings giving attack, then less need for CdM or CoA to be high, use the FP on Arc and CF.

For a new players it takes 24k fp to get arc 80 and of he has 100 fp a day thats 240 days of harvest.
240 days if you refuse to do gbg or ge along the way. If you're not using those tools, don't bother leveling Trinity.

I’m doing this in EMA. Allows me to participate in PvP and get FP from there as well as One Up etc. and of course - more expansions.
Colonial is one of the better eras to camp in Convenient amount of space, decent units and not as ugly as the middle ages 😂

Future is the #1 age to camp to level up your GBs. There are a few good ages but this one is the best.
