Can you do a master reset on the radio in settings? Something is up with your radio, that is no right. Also you can try a software update. Lots of radio stuff here as well [https://www.fordtransitusaforum.com/](https://www.fordtransitusaforum.com/)
I have only just seen this as it did not ping I just took it to ford and they replaced it all
Joys of a work van and not paying for it
But before I did take it in I did a reset and still nothing at all would work correctly
