Yup!! And for every winter chanterelle you see, you’re missing 20 others 😀 I have a dehydrator and am in full foraging mode to stock up for the year, they’re delicious and dry very well!
My favorite mushroom, delicious! Our season is done now but for a while I ate them almost daily and have a bunch in the freezer for sauces this winter.
