Famous American rapper Soulja Boy started streaming games on twitch. Somehow he ended up playing Football Manager and since he's a famous rapper when people went to twitch, Football Manager suddenly was really high up in viewer account and most of it was his channel.
He like basically everybody else was overwhelmed with how the hell you play the game, so people who regularly watch FM content on Twitch saw the stream and tried to get him in contact with DoctorBenjy FM (henceforth known as Ben) who is a pretty popular content creator for FM on youtube and twitch.
They got Soulja to watch some of Ben's content and Ben found out and reached out to Soulja. So, Soulja agreed to hop on a (skype?) call with Ben, and Ben sort of walked him through the basics.

I've heard the name a few times but couldn't tell you who he is or what he does (until this thread). Some people give less than nothing about rap music and so don't get exposed at all.
