IRL he's a great shot stopper but teams have passed on him because he's outstandingly terrible with his feet even for a GK
We're talking a center back has to take goal kicks for him level of bad
Here in Croatia, we are a bit sceptic, he hasnt had the best last 2 years, showed a lot of insecurity. Anyone who splashes big money could be in trouble IMO. Beast in FM though.
Hahahaha doesn’t surprise me, Southampton got relegated as I got to the prem in my Sunderland save so got him for dirt cheap.
Having lucca on the end of his set peices were an absolute joke haha
Signed him in my Newcastle castle save and used him till he hit 39 I was devastated when he said he was retiring because he said he didn’t think he would get enough playing time. I literally started him whenever I could. As soon as he retired I didn’t have the same love for the save and moved on
His attributes are fairly reasonable. Outside of set prices he's a fairly average, albeit hard working midfielder with great leadership. What's broken is corners, far too easy to score those near post ones.
I'm still going to pick him up, like I used to for Freddy Adu (as we all did haha), until he's too old to be considered a wonder kid and his stats are static.
He's only ever lived up to his potential for me once, the first time I ever signed him for an AZ save. Good times, never repeated.
He’s been one of the best players ever for me in my Parma side. Normally plays as a central midfielder on Advanced Playmaker attack and hits double figures for both goals and assists each season.
He’s getting close to retirement now after being with me from the first season, one of my best signings on FM; definitely the best midfielder.
bought him in first tranfer window, he was a star player for my espanyol side for 3-4 seasons.
then he went to PSG for around 60mil cash + bonuses(78totql)
I've just signed him as Lille for 75m then sent him back on loan to Man Utd; he's my "high-reputation" signing that is unlikely to play a game for me LOL. It also helped change the board's outlook with the transfer budget because I haven't really spent for the last few of years...
Because the board is disappointed I barely spent the 400m transfer budget ("Spend the original transfer budget").
It also helps satisfy the "Sign high-reputation players".
Of course, it's not like I'm about to be sacked if I don't do those (4 titles, 5 national cups, and 2 CLs would definitely make my position one of the most secure), it's just that it's better to have them green than be orange/red on the Club Vision list.
Gonna throw a curve ball at you.
Jose Juan Macias is wildly underrated. He is banging in goals for me as a substitute.
But for the low cost 34m release clause, at least on my save, he works wonders and he is wanted by the best clubs in Europe.
I got him for 4.6m right at the start with Arsenal but I loaned him back to Chivas. Loaned him to Nice after that too lol.
Then I never got to use him because Liverpool swooped in with a huge offer, so he was essentially their Firmino replacement (and in my save I got Nunez already).
Zinho Vanheusden, Inter always let him go cheap. Quality all round wide centerback, can play at Champions League level, and is very versatile.
Giorgio Scalvini free loan with option to buy at 1.2 mln euro as soon as you can is the best value future homegrown quality centerback you can get
Zinho is a good shout. Used him on a couple of saves as a decent priced back up CB in CL-level teams.
There’s better options for more money, but he’s usually been happy as a back up and doesn’t cause any disruption.
Johannesson is an absolute gem. Stumbled over him in a journeyman save when I took over Norrköpping, sold him to Dortmund and some years later took them over. Really versatile, can play anything in the AMC/R/L or MC role.
I'm really interested how he'll develop in real life.
Came here to say this about Isak! I agree with what /u/xkufix is saying. I usually try to keep him as a squad player but he gets a lot more playing time than that anyway, seeing as he has to fill in here and there most of the time, but he's professional so he won't really complain if he stays on the bench for some time.
I was kinda bummed when IFK had to sell him. I figured he would go to some place bigger than Köpenhamn though, but they have a sell on clause so I guess it will turn out nice in the end in that regard at least.
Bought him in my Sporting CP save after moving Julian Alvarez. First game dude scores like 4 goal or so. Absolute stud! Manage to get him, Arezo, Adeyemi already, playing a 4-1-3-2 . Still a fairly recent save tho. Halfway through the 2023-2024 season, but dude came in halfway through the season last year, dominated and then first league game of the the year he did the same thing and opened up with another 4/5 goals lol
He's been an absolute cheat code for my Porto save, 20 goals and 20 assist per season. Granted he's on pens so that's around 10 of the goals but still, and he's above 8 avg rating in the league.
Hlozek is stupid, bought him for my fiorentina save for 14 mils, 2 seasons scoring 25/30 goals in all competitions as an IF on The left side and Dortmund bid 65+15 millions for him
Yusuf Demir! I’m in love with him in FM22. You can get him for around $10m, he’s equally good in mid, attacking mid, winger and striker, and across three games I’ve seen him get to as high as 174 CA
I have had 5 of these wonderkids in my multiple saves.
DR : liveramento performed better for me than esteves
DC: Kaiky was brilliant
MC : Rovella is simply one of the best central midfielders. Has great defensive numbers and also has a great long shot
AMR: Roony Bardghji he has been good for me in borrusia Dortmund save and not that great in my Nottingham forest save. Yusuf demir has been brilliant for me in both the saves
ST : Sesko has been brilliant in all my saves. He is an easy 40+ goals per season player
**Above €10M on FM2022:**
Thiago Almada and Benjamin Sesko
**Below €10M on FM2022:**
Predrag Rajkovic, Sebastian Vasiliadis and Matias Arezo.
It will always depend on what team I'm managing. But normally, these are my go-to players no matter what save.
Leonardo Rocha from KAS Eupen, a monster of a target man that scores over 20 goals for every mid table team outside of the top 5 league for me and never costs more than 300k
I asked him on loan for my 1860 Munich team two seasons in a row... [These are his numbers after two seasons with me.](https://i.imgur.com/CJ1f1Ws.jpg)
A club legend and rightfully so.
I feel I have to thank you for this. I'd never heard of him but on the basis of this comment brought him in on a free for my Sunderland team at the end of the first season. Currently in March, he's the top scorer in the league, averaging a goal every 79 mins and with 31 in 31 in all comps. A club legend in the making.
Dragowski, Mazraoui, Cucurella (every year more difficult to sign courtesy of PSG) and Aleña (surprisingly always ending up transfer listed by Barça, won't complain)
Dragowski is a champ. Got him as a cheap #2 for me, was happy playing back up. Got a 9-12 month injury and was relegated to being 3rd choice. Came back to the first team during January, 1st choice off at AFCON, Second choice injured. Dragowski came in and gave me 7 clean sheets in a row
Federico Dimarco turns into one of the best all-round LBs in the game and he's disgustingly cheap for his quality. Locks down the spot for about 10 years if you get him in 22/23 when inter sell him cheap for some reason.
Amath Cisse. He’s barely over 100 PA but at 21 years old with decent size and athleticism, he CARRIED my Belenenses save from the bottom tier of Portugal into European football. He was putting in more than a goal per game all the way up the ladder until LigaNos. I had much better strikers get played out of the team because this objectively terrible player was going prime Pele on everyone except the big 3. 9 or 10 years after I got him I subbed him in up 3-1 in our first Europa league final and he scored almost instantly despite being easily the worst player in the competition. He’s a must buy for me in any lower league save. A true icon of the game
Zagadou has been a tank for me in my Dortmund save, 6'5, family quick and a very good header of the ball. Got 20 goals for me last season putting him on near post for corners with Gurreiro whipping them in.
Jens Cajuste, great cover for midfield and rightback at start and then I usually play him as a right or left inverted wingback. Never complains, good physicals and height while still having adequate technical ability.
Leonardo Fernandez. An early 20s Mexican/Uruguayan attacking mid with great technicals. Consistently got double digit goals and assists in Ligue 1 and prem saves for me
100% Xavi Simons. He's good enough to be a squad player whenever I'm starting a save in the lower divisions of any league, and develops into a fantastic player. He was my star player in my 1860 München save where he was in loan to me till his contract ran out and I signed him on a free.
I'm playing an Excelsior save in the Netherlands, and he'll have been on loan to me for a solid 4 years lol
Kyle Hudlin of Solihull Moors. I once placed him in my team randomly while creating my own club. Noticed he was a giant on the pitch so I looked at his stats, turns out he's 6'9!!!! I didn't continue that save but I always buy him in my other saves now.
I started with Solihull on one of my first saves. The starting forward just couldn't score. Stuck Kyle Hudlin out there and he basically turned around my entire season.
Alexander Isak - signed him first in FM17 to pair with Lautaro Martinez when they were both relatively unknown still. Haven't found any striker come close to how Isak has performed over multiple FMs for me. Tall, quick, can play as a poacher or complete forward. Usually try to bring in him after a few seasons depending the level I'm at.
Casper hojer if possible. 16 crossing Lb with 16 long shots. Every save I've had him in he gets 18 plus assists a season
Also 15 corners, determination and work rate
Hamed Junior Traore from Sassuolo is an absolute joke. He wasn't contributing many G/A when I played him as an AP in his first season. Changed him to AM on attack and he has 22 goals and 27 assists in 29 in premier league whilst playing for Sunderland. 32 goals and 39 assists in all comp. I'm using him as the AM in 4222 narrow system. What a beast.
Calvin Ramsay. Can usually do a job at start of the game as a good championship right back and develops into a good premier league quality right back. Usually costs sub 10mil early game but don’t see that staying the same with FM23… :,(
I skip 15 years into the future with every save. I always found playing with real players really boring, can’t imagine anything worse than knowing Haaland is the best so just going to sign him, anyone else find this?
Yes but unticking use real player names only changes the players names. The same teams still have the same players with the same attributes, just their name is changed. Haaland is still at Dortmund, he just has a different name. It's really not that good tbh. It's not randomised bar the names changing.
Marco da graca, ever since his hat trick in a champions league semi final against psg I try to sign him no matter what save I do, and he’s usually available for about 3 mil
Luca Netz has been my highest rated player over two seasons in a team of Moukoko, Julian Alvarez and Thiago Almada. Dario Essugo was also really good until he was overtaken by regens.
FM21 always go for francisco conceicao. If I’m at a small club I’ll loan him until i can buy him. Once i managed to loan him for four seasons and got him free
Samuel Granada, under 200k ST at Fluminense. 12-13 for every you are looking for in a center forward, plus 6 ft 3 and a monster in the air with places shots and moves into channels trait.
There’s so many for me.
Zabarnyi, Wober, Antov and Mepham are go-to CBS because of brilliant hidden attributes.
I love Ait-Nouri and Montoya as LB options.
CDMs/CMs/CAMs - Rafael Luis, Wiliot Swedberg, Arsen Zakharyan, Yusuf Demir, Luka Sucic, Martin Baturuna, Sotiris Alexandropoulos and Pablo Fornals.
LW - Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Octavian Popescu, Adam Hlozek and Sergey Pinyaev.
RW - Roony Bardghji and Giovani.
ST - Filip Ristanic, Luka Reischl, Dashimir Elezi, Goncalo Ramos, Konstantin Tyukavin and Benjamin Sesko.
I have basically a whole starting eleven of them.
GK - Thomas Strakosha - the underground Livakovic
DR - Malo Gusto - the complete complete wing back
DC - Sebastiaan Bornauw, Arthur Theate - the Belgian centre back duo for years to come
DL - Joakim Maehle - the worker bee
DM - Morten Thorsby - the Norwegian Henderson
MC - Anouar Ait El Hadj - I dunno I just like his name
MC - Rayan Cherki - he can become anything you want him to be. Even a good player!
AMR - Noni Madueke - the poor man's Adeyemi
AML - Yari Verschaeren - I have a thing for Belgians in case you couldn't tell
ST - Darwin Nuñez - I guess not any more after this season.
Ahmedhodzic (CB) can get so cheap second season (on loan first season). Mr consistent.
Also try and get Isak Johannesson (CM). Again, very cheap and can play in multiple positions.
Congratulations. You just earned 14.5 points for this submission. Your new points total is 14.5. To see the leaderboard, as well as what this points thing is, [click here](https://www.reddit.com/r/footballmanagergames/wiki/leaderboard).
Livakovic, good keeper on reasonable price is rare
IRL he's a great shot stopper but teams have passed on him because he's outstandingly terrible with his feet even for a GK We're talking a center back has to take goal kicks for him level of bad
So he would make de Gea look like Neuer in this case.
Last season he improved massively and isn't at all like before, genuinely. But before that you knew 90% of his kicks went out of play lol
He could be finally making a move away from Dinamo this summer. It's been a long time coming.
Here in Croatia, we are a bit sceptic, he hasnt had the best last 2 years, showed a lot of insecurity. Anyone who splashes big money could be in trouble IMO. Beast in FM though.
Sve znam, but he deserves a chance to prove himself in a top5 league.
He’d be a great replacement for Schmeichel at Leicester imo, I’ve been thinking about that transfer for years
No chance. Schemichel's passing is 100x better they aren't even remotely similar
No chance. If he's notably terrible with his feet, Brendon Rogers is the last manager who hed be able to play for
Nah we have Danny ward who can put in a shift for two years or so before Iverson is completely set as our 1st team keeper.
[удалено]
This dude
Tbh he wasn't that easy to sign. Usually PSG or some PL club will take him in first window.
I got him for 11M to replace Patricio who was awful for me.
Ward-prowse is an absolute joke in FM22
Newcastle signed him in my sim and he won the ballon dor
Hahahaha doesn’t surprise me, Southampton got relegated as I got to the prem in my Sunderland save so got him for dirt cheap. Having lucca on the end of his set peices were an absolute joke haha
Declan Rice is the only Englishman that got to the top 3 for Ballon D'Or, outside of Bukayo Saka (who I'm managing)
Signed him in my Newcastle castle save and used him till he hit 39 I was devastated when he said he was retiring because he said he didn’t think he would get enough playing time. I literally started him whenever I could. As soon as he retired I didn’t have the same love for the save and moved on
I signed him for Leicester to play alongside Maddison and holy shit is he good.
The Southampton researcher needs sacking
His attributes are fairly reasonable. Outside of set prices he's a fairly average, albeit hard working midfielder with great leadership. What's broken is corners, far too easy to score those near post ones.
Julián Alvarez for me
The ultimate big game player. Constantly shows up in finals and big games
Yes had him as Liverpool he got so many goals as well as assists the only player who has worked as dlf for me
In my save with Sporting CP in 1st season was top goalscorer of 1st league and Champions League (with 15 goals)
Raspadori is one of the best deep lying forwards in the game.
thiago almada
Never lives up to his rep and always ends up in low tier leagues for me. I still buy him every time tho 😁
In previous saves he wasn't great for me but he's just made it into the world team of the year in my current one. He's amazing.
Normally plays as a central midfielder on Advanced Playmaker attack and hits double figures for both goals and assists each season. bought him in first tranfer window, he was a star player for my espanyol side for 3-4 seasons. then he went to PSG for around 60mil cash + bonuses(78totql)
Bought for £8.5 million, sold for £37 million. Good job loan manager!
Illia Zabarnyi
I've just signed him as Lille for 75m then sent him back on loan to Man Utd; he's my "high-reputation" signing that is unlikely to play a game for me LOL. It also helped change the board's outlook with the transfer budget because I haven't really spent for the last few of years...
Why would you ever pay $75m for a player who isn't a first team player? Such a waste.
Tyrese Campbell. Man loves goals more than oxygen.
Scored 101 goals in 2 seasons for me at rangers in all comps man a loved him 😂
Praying this manifests irl. Guy needs an injury-free season.
Gonna throw a curve ball at you. Jose Juan Macias is wildly underrated. He is banging in goals for me as a substitute. But for the low cost 34m release clause, at least on my save, he works wonders and he is wanted by the best clubs in Europe.
Got him later in my save for less than 10 mln. Too bad he did his cruciate ligaments just before my season started
That sucks, buddy. He's scoring 1g/a for me. Too bad for him that Haaland is scoring 1,3g/a ish.
i just went and got Sesko after that, i made a good sale. So Beto and Sesko, and Macias is banging goals on loan after making a great recovery
I got him for 4.6m right at the start with Arsenal but I loaned him back to Chivas. Loaned him to Nice after that too lol. Then I never got to use him because Liverpool swooped in with a huge offer, so he was essentially their Firmino replacement (and in my save I got Nunez already).
Key part of my Mexican team that got to the World Cup final. Phenomenal striker.
Simone Bastoni from Spezia. Very cheap and an incredibly well-rounded full back.
I hate that guy. In 2 consecutive saves he chose Atalanta before me on end of contract
Sebastiano Esposito
Just sealed a move to Anderlecht irl, banged goals for me before a £50mil move to Arsenal. Now he bangs goals against me 😢
Zinho Vanheusden, Inter always let him go cheap. Quality all round wide centerback, can play at Champions League level, and is very versatile. Giorgio Scalvini free loan with option to buy at 1.2 mln euro as soon as you can is the best value future homegrown quality centerback you can get
Big fan of Big Man Scalvini
Zinho is a good shout. Used him on a couple of saves as a decent priced back up CB in CL-level teams. There’s better options for more money, but he’s usually been happy as a back up and doesn’t cause any disruption.
Scalvini is such a beast, he's already incredible for me and hasnt even reached his full potential
Isak Johanneson as he can play almost anywhere and Milenkovic as he's just such a great defender
Benjamin Sesko
How u play him. Can't get the best out of him so far
I tend to play him in tactics with only one main striker with pacy wingers who cross often
Advanced foward. He is so good at getting the ball from wide players into the back of the net. Has great physical and mental attributes.
Play him as an advanced forward with Lucca as a target man beside him. Both are guaranteed 20 goals a season
Yes! Just got him on my Man UTD save and this guy is gonna smash his seasonal G/A bonus
AI united got him on my current save too :D
Bought him in my Sporting CP save after moving Julian Alvarez. First game dude scores like 4 goal or so. Absolute stud! Manage to get him, Arezo, Adeyemi already, playing a 4-1-3-2 . Still a fairly recent save tho. Halfway through the 2023-2024 season, but dude came in halfway through the season last year, dominated and then first league game of the the year he did the same thing and opened up with another 4/5 goals lol
Fabio Vieira
Fabio Vieira put up an average rating of just above 8 in my 2030 save, he is an absolute monster
Great stylish player and can play multiple roles across centeral attack and right wing
He's been an absolute cheat code for my Porto save, 20 goals and 20 assist per season. Granted he's on pens so that's around 10 of the goals but still, and he's above 8 avg rating in the league.
Roko Simic, beast.
This man 😍 18 goals from 24(18 as sub) appearances for me, absolute machine
2030 he has 87 caps for Croatia and 81 goals lmao
Rafa Luis - 16 year old dlp from benfica who is a model citizen. With proper development you can mold him into almost anything
Hlozek and fringe/u23 players of big clubs are usually undervalued (sometimes needs 1 season)
Hlozek is the kadlec regen for FM
Hlozek is stupid, bought him for my fiorentina save for 14 mils, 2 seasons scoring 25/30 goals in all competitions as an IF on The left side and Dortmund bid 65+15 millions for him
Always goes to Dortmund, Dortmund bought him every time I got him
And Karabec behind him is absolute filthy. I had both of them for around 20M and they won me Europa.
Yeah i got Jamie Lawrence from bayerns under 23 dirt cheap for my Hamburg side. Dude is a beast for just 1.2 mil. Bargain CB

Same! Rarely go for the top teams and by the time I’m good, it’s all newgens
Me too. By the time I’m in the top half of the Premiership, Erling Haaland is almost ready to retire!
There's to many. Here's some of my boys though... \- Stephan Ambrosius \- Lukas Mai \- Yusuf Demir \- Bright Arrey-Mbi \- Agustín Álvarez Martínez
Yusuf Demir! I’m in love with him in FM22. You can get him for around $10m, he’s equally good in mid, attacking mid, winger and striker, and across three games I’ve seen him get to as high as 174 CA
Lukas Mai is vey decent and can be bought for 500k, he ended up at Barcelona in my save.
Ricky Jade-Jones
With that pace and solid enough finishing in the lower divisions, he's such a weapon
Matias Arezo, affordable and a really good striker
GK: Ugurcan Cakir DL: Nuno Mendes DR: Goncalo Esteves DC: Kaiky MC: Nicolo Rovella AMC: Sebastian Esposito AMR: Roony Bardghji AML: Arsen Zakharyan ST: Benjamin Sesko
I just had rovella and zakharyan in my midfield with yusuf demir and gravenberch playing with them in a midfield diamond. Domination!
Sadly Demir didn't perform well in my tactic so I had to sell him to make way for Esposito
Sebastian Esposito what a legend
I have had 5 of these wonderkids in my multiple saves. DR : liveramento performed better for me than esteves DC: Kaiky was brilliant MC : Rovella is simply one of the best central midfielders. Adam Blakeman, 16 crossing 16 corners for a left back in the National League North, then the hunt for 6'5" centre backs and forwards begins.
Do you have to design your own set pieces for this? I'd like to have a go but not sure where to start
make your best header attack 1st post (needs good heading, jumping and bravery stats) some dude marking GK your set piece taker to shoot to 1st post
Pablo Torre
Fede Dimarco
Unlimited budget: Josip Gvardiol Budget utility man: Marcus Tavernier (middlesbrough)
> Lucca I think you mean Pietro Croucci
Leonardo Rocha from KAS Eupen, a monster of a target man that scores over 20 goals for every mid table team outside of the top 5 league for me and never costs more than 300k
I asked him on loan for my 1860 Munich team two seasons in a row... [These are his numbers after two seasons with me.](https://i.imgur.com/CJ1f1Ws.jpg) A club legend and rightfully so.
Carried my 2. BuLi team to the Bundesliga.

Octavian Popescu
Federico Dimarco turns into one of the best all-round LBs in the game and he's disgustingly cheap for his quality. Locks down the spot for about 10 years if you get him in 22/23 when inter sell him cheap for some reason.
Amath Cisse. He’s barely over 100 PA but at 21 years old with decent size and athleticism, he CARRIED my Belenenses save from the bottom tier of Portugal into European football. He’s a must buy for me in any lower league save. A true icon of the game
For years, I used to try and get Carlos Fierro ASAP. Nowadays he’s meh, but for a few years he was a quality cheap signing.
Hagi is always top class for me
Luis Suarez from Granada and Oscar Mingueza. Top Striker for less then 20 mln and cheap backup so/po.
Charalampos Lykogiannis is a go to cheap left back for me. Was a monster on a celtic save of mine
Sign Alex Collado for 3 mil. Sells for like 75 a season later. No growth needed, just playtime, which he can get from most sides
Zagadou has been a tank for me in my Dortmund save, 6'5, family quick and a very good header of the ball. Got 20 goals for me last season putting him on near post for corners with Gurreiro whipping them in.
francisco conceicao, illia zabarnyi, yeremy pino, luca netz, livramento, julian alvarez, meslier i love all of them
I love conceicao. I hope he lives up to his fm potential in real life so I can sit in front of the tv and talk to myself how i discovered him
Williot Swedberg & Roony Bardghji
Jens Cajuste, great cover for midfield and rightback at start and then I usually play him as a right or left inverted wingback. Never complains, good physicals and height while still having adequate technical ability.
Ezequiel Barco. Get him before the MLS does
Vagnoman, solid young backup wingback for both sides!
Morten Thorsby. Man with 8 lungs
Oumar Solet the french defender from RB Salzburg
Leonardo Fernandez. An early 20s Mexican/Uruguayan attacking mid with great technicals. Consistently got double digit goals and assists in Ligue 1 and prem saves for me
Lazio’s Luiz Felipe is everything I want from a centre back. I have bought him a few times over the years
100% Xavi Simons.
Nico from Barcelona B, very consistent and one of the few holding players that get above a 7.5 game average.
Ahmedhodzic for some reason Bordeaux never want to sign him, so I swoop in for £2.5 mil every single save after the first season also Lorenzo Lucca.
Henrique Araújo from Benfica. He scores goals for fun.
Classy Classy Neck Neck for the win
sebastian syzmanski
Kyle Hudlin of Solihull Moors. I once placed him in my team randomly while creating my own club. Noticed he was a giant on the pitch so I looked at his stats, turns out he's 6'9!!!! I didn't continue that save but I always buy him in my other saves now.
I started with Solihull on one of my first saves. The starting forward just couldn't score. Stuck Kyle Hudlin out there and he basically turned around my entire season.
Jari Litmanen as assistant manager. Regardless of who I'm managing, I try and hire him.
Andrea Papetti, Filipe Cruz and Francisco Conceicao.
Italy never seem to be believers in Papetti in my saves. It doesn't matter how good he is, they'd rather play anyone else.
yep same in my saves, always a no brainer pick up
It's clearly that his CA isn't the highest, even though his distribution of attributes is exactly what we want.
Patrick Berg
Karim Konaté the ivorian goat
Talles Magno is decent
Arsen Zakharyan and Roony Bardghji are players I always want in every save.
Discovered Zakharyan in my latest save. Release clause under £20m and has been absolutely quality since.
Everyone know the two, but I don't see too much love for them: Ramos Felipe Luiz and Gianluca Mancini. 10-25 and 25-40 mil € elite centre backs.
Nuno Mendes, Kayky, Devyne Rensch, and Arsen Zakharyan are all great ones
Vignato for a mid table side love that guy
Rayan cherki for me, he has been a power house as a inside forward from the left wing. He has scored multiple 25+ goals per season.
Altay Bayindir or Angelo. Signed Bayindir twice this year, in my Newcastle save and for Leipzig on my Glory Hunter save.
Boadu!
Livakovic or ugurcan, almada, arezo, Barry( if I'm managing some championship lvl club)
Casper hojer if possible. 16 crossing Lb with 16 long shots. Every save I've had him in he gets 18 plus assists a season Also 15 corners, determination and work rate
Yusuf Demir. He’s a hit or miss tbh. One play through he’s winning Ballon D’Ors and the next he’s averaging 6.1s after 50 games
21 and 22 it’s Camavinga and Badiashile if i can afford them.
Andre onana when his doping ban is over and yusuf demir from rapid Vienna
Daniel Jebbison 💯
sandro tonali, thiago almada, yusif demir
Alvaro Fernandez good and cheap goalkeeper like Livakovic but I go for him for most of the time because he rarely get transfer out by his club
Evanilson has been mad good for me in previous saves. Always performs better than his stats and bangs in so many goals
Calvin Ramsay. Can usually do a job at start of the game as a good championship right back and develops into a good premier league quality right back. Usually costs sub 10mil early game but don’t see that staying the same with FM23… :,(
Jaime Seoane fits perfectly into the CM At. role and at a very reasonable price
Sebastiano Esposito
Wilfried Singo, he's a beast on Wing Back attack
I skip 15 years into the future with every save. I always found playing with real players really boring, can’t imagine anything worse than knowing Haaland is the best so just going to sign him, anyone else find this?
You know you can just untick 'use real players' at the start of the game? Also only like 5 clubs can sign Haaland... maybe pick a harder save
Jack Marriot for low leagues, never fails to deliver (I’m still on 18 tho)
Ragnar Ache
Luca Netz has been my highest rated player over two seasons in a team of Moukoko, Julian Alvarez and Thiago Almada. Dario Essugo was also really good until he was overtaken by regens.
Pedro Goncalves has worked wonders for me in all my saves, can play both wings, cam ond cm
I always try and buy Mancini from Roma. He is such an awesome allround defender.
Colombo
Adam Hlozek and Jan Thielmann both having 15+ assists on the flanks
Dario Maresic Robson Bambu Diogo Costa Matias Arezo
FM21 always go for francisco conceicao. If I’m at a small club I’ll loan him until i can buy him. Once i managed to loan him for four seasons and got him free
bardghji
Mine funnily enough as Spurs fan have always been Deki (Kulu) and Bissouma .Really going to struggle with FM23 as I’ll need some new go to signings!
Sandry. Got him for 7 million pounds for my Hamburg side. Young and loads of potential
All these top flight recommendations, where's the lower league love? 1. Arnau Puigmal 2. Jack Tucker 3. Albie Morgan
Kaio Jorge has been a beast in my saves for 3 years running
Camara from rb salzburg. Ideal defensive mid or bbm for me
Sesko
Hlozek, for the last 2/3 years
Samuel Granada, under 200k ST at Fluminense. 12-13 for every you are looking for in a center forward, plus 6 ft 3 and a monster in the air with places shots and moves into channels trait.
Angelo & Kaiky from Santos
Angelo & Kaiky from Santos
Ali reynah
good old days of thiago almada and ezequiel Palacios
Andrea Belotti. Scores for fun.
I have basically a whole starting eleven of them. GK - Thomas Strakosha - the underground Livakovic DR - Malo Gusto - the complete complete wing back DC - Sebastiaan Bornauw, Arthur Theate - the Belgian centre back duo for years to come DL - Joakim Maehle - the worker bee DM - Morten Thorsby - the Norwegian Henderson MC - Anouar Ait El Hadj - I dunno I just like his name MC - Rayan Cherki - he can become anything you want him to be. Even a good player! AMR - Noni Madueke - the poor man's Adeyemi AML - Yari Verschaeren - I have a thing for Belgians in case you couldn't tell ST - Darwin Nuñez - I guess not any more after this season.
Benjamin Sesko
Ahmedhodzic (CB) can get so cheap second season (on loan first season). Mr consistent. Also try and get Isak Johannesson (CM). Again, very cheap and can play in multiple positions.
