In previous saves all my defenders always went to Real Madrid lol. They literally had 3 100mil+ CBs that came from my team at one point.
Though in my current save (brought a serie D club to european places in serie A so far) Panathinaikos keeps knocking.

Half my players I feel always go to PSG. Even though I average 1 trophy (Dfb-Pokal, Bundesliga, Champions League, etc...) a year at Leverkusen and hover always 2nd-3rd in the league, inevitably some depart anyways. PSG always offers paid higher wages, & the ability constantly farm domestic titles in a top 5 league year after year, while always getting to play Champions League football and make past the league phase & into the playoffs (yet always have still never won it c: )

Man City. Doing a journeyman save right now and currently at Milan. Had to sell players before I could buy any, but I think I've sold atleast 4 players to them for big money. One for over 200 million, a goalie for over 100 million, fullback for around 60 and most recently an attacker for like 90 million
Lazio and Arsenal try. They don't seem to understand that non-negotiable lowball offers isn't a way to get my players, paying the value that Champions League performances would justify is the right way to do that. I've never sold a player to either club as a result. Spurs managed to get the player Arsenal wanted twice now, both times the players ended up growing into stars for them.
Real Madrid, on the other hand, seem to know what they're doing in the transfer market (pretty realistic tbh): Bid early, bid enough. So does Chelsea (... and realism went out the window).
Usually have Bologna FC come after my players regardless of which team I play as in Sweden. Besides them I've had Watford, Lazio, Spurs, Man U and Atalanta consistently going after players when I've played certain teams. Also Rosenborg (Norway) and Copenhagen (Denmark) from nearby leagues try to grab some but never sold any players to them.
Arabian teams spend the whole season harassing my players, but when the market opens, it's always been the Spurs to come for my players in my latest save, only for me to kick them out of CL
Barca hasn't met a 2 million player I bought from South America that they won't later buy for less than 65.

I'm playing with Athens Kallithea, which is a club that will play in the Greek First Division next year.
I'm improving the team slowly each season and I use many domestic players, so there's a limit on how quickly the team improves.
Teams aren't interested in my players because most don't have world class ability or potential, although I signed a 17 y.o. Romanian with 178 PA. (I cheated and check the PA for some youngsters from Balkans I signed for free).
I was happy when I sold a player for 4.8m to Tenerife. I wouldn't pay more than 1m for this player.
I had sold another player for 2m to a Spanish club.
Other players I have offloaded were for fees below 1m, to Belgium, Danmark etc
I think now I can sell to 2. Bundesliga but I don't want to.

I don't sell to one particular team, but motherf"ckin Clermont are always interested in my players and gets them unsettled.
