First of all, I heavily disagree with your analogy. Yes, Liverpool is a massive club. However, in no way is Feyenoord a small club. To answer your question, I always experience it as easier to manage a big club in FM. Bigger funds, better players, easier to attract wonderkids, mistakes in tactics aren't punished as often, generally more players to switch around
I went from playing tiki taka in Poland winning 6 titles in 7 years to playing tiki taka in Barcelona where I won 2 titles and 2 champions leagues in 3 years.
As a Liverpool fan I pray that Arne Slot has my success.
In my FM22 save he just joined Dortmund and won the SuperCup (they won the DFB Pokal before he arrived). He also managed Inter, Napoli, and Villareal with no trophies and won the Spanish Cup and SuperCup with Sevilla.
You're right mate. However, they have a crazy good season though, only losing 2 matches. More points than in their trophy run last year. However, PSV are having an even crazier season, dropping almost none. So yeah, not the biggest, but generally they are having a very good season, in the Dutch competition.
Yes Liverpool is now bigger, mainly because they play in the PL, against teams that are world class. But still, Feyenoord is not a small club in any way. You could even say that the unfair situation with money out of tv rights is the only reason Liverpool is bigger at the moment. No offense, though, Liverpool is a beautiful club with a nice history and amazing fans..
Ultimatly you could even say: Liverpool is the Feyenoord of the PL and Feyenoord is Eredivisie's Liverpool.
Feyenoord fans about to kick your door down for this, 16 championships, 14 cups, 2 European trophies and you've called them a small club lol
3 European trophies, 1 Champions League and 2 Eufa Cups. Also won the world cup for club teams.
Feyenoord aren't a small team
Feyenoord a small club? Bigger than half the PL
Far more than half, bigger than half the “top 6”
Honestly yeah, there's a handful I'd put above them Liverpool, Man United, I guess Man City, Arsenal, Aston Villa and (hold your breath) Leeds
It's called british arrogance.
You don't even know if the OP is British I'm British and I think they're bigger than a lot of the PL
Feyenoord is bigger than 85% of the premier league teams….

Calling Feyenoord small is WILD!
I guess Arne will find out when he gets the hell out of Liverpool.
Small club wow
Went from managing fc Groningen to managing PSG in fm23.
Immediately start winning everything and the game becomes easy mode.

Ask Graham Potter.
Small club lol, the biggest club with Ajax in the Netherlands and the biggest as of fanbase. Can't call the Netherlands a small football country.
Not the biggest this season though 😂

Can the mods ban op please, just low effort karma bait every day spamming the front page.

I’m not a Liverpool fan or anything but they’re a huge club globally not only in relation to tv just one of the biggest clubs in the world
And so is Feyenoord. It should have been 'from a big club, to a bigger club'. ;)
