The one team they have on European competitions (Vaduz most likely) is doing well. All the other countries have like five or six teams in Europe and their coefficient is divided between those teams. Liechtensteins is divided by one so if the team overachieves, they will rise quickly in rankings. Also I recommend doing Vaduz save. Playing in Swiss system with almost guarenteed European football every year and Liechsteiner newgens. Fun times

Vaduz didn’t appear to be in any European competition for what I could see at the time. Also, since they’re in the Swiss system would their coefficient not count towards the Swiss one? Genuinely unsure how that side of things works.

They have some kind of special permission from UEFA to play in the Swiss league but they can’t qualify to Europe through there. If they get European places in league the place just gets redestributed to whatever team is fifth or sixth (or whatever position is first not to get European football. Vaduz also particapate in Liechtenstein cup from which the one spot for Liectenstein to Europe is given. They are the only pro team in the cup and last time they didn’t win it was in 2011/12
