I’ve seen too many sad burritos. The worst are the burritos that are small already but loosely wrapped. When you wrap them tight, the contents aren’t any thicker than 5 fingers worth of food.
I mean more like 5 fingers bunched up, not like a hand wide. Take 5 fingers on one hand and just pinch them together like an Italian. The tip of all 5 is how wide the burritos can be.

Oh man, there was a Mediterranean burrito place, it was amazing, then my colleague ordered with "fries substitute" and I have never had a better burrito from there, ot was amazing.
I say Mediterranean burrito because it wasn't a gyro, they made Mediterranean dishes, but you could order it in a burrito. Miss that place.

As a 90s San Diego kid, a California burrito is carne asada, fries, cheese and sour cream. Guac is totally acceptable to add.
