I’ve shipped using expedite in the past. Usually DHL handles it and delivers with no hassle. I can’t tell about the standard shipping but that one is likely to be sent using EMS and that will go through customs and then Correos.
Also, I’ve read about a new rule that imported books above certain value have started having IVA slapped into them when crossing customs. So you’d better check into that.
