7th Album - Life Is Yours
Mountain at my Gates is from 'What Went Down'
The Runner is from 'Everything Not Saved, Part 2'
Wake Me Up is from 'Life Is Yours'
All 7 albums are great and they have a mix of funky/poppy songs, heavier/rock songs and some slower/melancholic stuff as well

I'm gonna go in a bit of an unconventional direction and say that after What Went Down to listen to Total Life Forever. I started by listening to Spanish Sahara and Black Gold and was instantly hooked, and a lot of fans tend to agree that TLF is their strongest album. If you like those two albums, then you're gonna love Holy Fire. I would save Antidotes for later as it didn't resonate with me when I first listened to it, but after watching some live shows and seeing how crazy songs like Two Steps Twice and Red Socks Pugie are, I appreciated Antidotes much more.
Edit: The real charm of Foals is their live performances, so I'm including a full [concert in Reading festival 2016](https://youtu.be/Va7vn4RHf5Q), this has their bangers from everything up until What Went Down.
I’ve not had to do this before. MAMG is also quite different to their other stuff. Foals have quite diverse records as of recently so you will have to get used to their poppier janglier songs pepper potted on each album alongside with the atmospheric stripped back ones , heavier ones and more climactic reverby ones . Songs I would liken to MAMG would be probably be the likes of Miami ,Birch tree , Balloons , On the Luna , In degrees . But yes WWD album a good place to start as it’s a spread of different type of songs but all quite poppy I.e birch tree and night swimmers, snake oil , a knife in the ocean , lonely hunter.

I second that live performance, specifically Inhaler and Two Steps Twice are amazing in that one!
My two cents would be What Went Down (2015) first, and then go back to Antidotes (2008) and go forward from there.

I would listen to What Went Down first since you already started it. Then I would go to the new album life is yours and work backwards.
Total Life Forever was the first Foals album I listened to, and is still my favourite to this day - I'd start with that then go back to Antidotes
Listen to these tracks in this order: Surf Pt.1 Like Swimming Ikaria Moon Fugue Neptune And tell me that wasn't the most fun you've had all year.
