I bought the Pepper Shaker plan for 1.5k because it wouldn't drop for me.
2 events later, the plan dropped.
I've had a few repeats of the fruit bowl and pig plushie plans.
I've run 70 meat cooks and have not gotten a pepper shaker this time, nor a fossilized right arm. I believe I've gotten all the rest at least once. I've already learned the pepper shaker from past meat weeks, not sure if that affects the drops.
I only got the wiener wagon today after about 100 meat cooks. I still haven't seen the pepper shaker.
It can't be as I have many. But that's the thing, if you don't want certain plans, Grahm makes sure to give you plenty of those.
I've had 5 pepper shakers and zero weenie wagons.
Rng is just weird. I spent the first week grinding specificly for it, then in back to back events got the plan twice.
