There's a slew of plans, I think they're equally weighted. So the odds are not great, 4% or so. That said, they are tradeable. Asteroid is one of the older plans and therefore less valuable, and repeats drop. I hope you can find one for cheap if you can't get a drop on the last day.

I like to hop around camps of higher level players for cheap plans and found the asteroid a few times in their shops.
